We rented this house for our kids and grandkids and my husband and I - family of 10! It was beautiful! The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was super clean and the decor was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable and the bedding was also soft. We loved the ping pong table in the garage and pool table by the pool. We used the heated pool and hot tub every day. One thing to note, the pool doesn't get a lot of sun. Only in the morning. In the afternoon the back yard does not get a lot of sun. They have a sitting area on the top of the house where you can get sun in the afternoons but it is very hot. The kitchen had the basics and the vacuum didn't work for us. We didn't let them know about the vacuum until the end of our week, but they offered to come and deal with it if needed. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in. The beach was a 2 block walk. We put the little ones in the beach wagon to walk there. The beach is beautiful and the house provided 6 beach chairs as well. We would DEFINITELY come back to this beautiful house and recommend AMI locals. They answered all our questions via email before coming to Florida. Was a great family holiday for us!
