This home was amazing and we enjoyed everything about it. It was clean, well stocked and the beds and furniture were so comfortable. The decor was nicely done and the pool and outdoor area was so relaxing. Loved the house and all the landscaping surrounding it. The communication with AMI was outstanding and they were always reaching out to us making sure all was during our stay. Would definitely recommend this house and plan to come back again in the future. You don’t want to pass this one up!!

Our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the host was communicative with us in ensuring our stay was perfect. The house was beautiful, spacious, very clean and had many things to do. I can safely say nor the adults or kids were ever bored. The house is set up in such a way where the entire family can gather, indoors and outdoors, and enjoy time together. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful, and very close to the beautiful beaches. We loved every second of our stay and 100% recommend anyone to book their stay here.

Very close to the beach, although traffic makes it a pain to get to unless you get up early. Would certainly book this place again.

We were "Crazy" about our fantastic stay at this Florida vacation rental home. Conveniently close to the beach, nature parks, and downtown Bradenton, it offered the perfect location. The interior was beautifully furnished and spacious, providing both elegance and comfort for us and our adult children. The full kitchen was so nice to have while traveling. We appreciated the attention to detail and the luxurious amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The private pool is screened in and was a great feature for us all to enjoy, and having the exercise equipment available was convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Thank you for hosting us.

This property was amazing located in a beautiful neighborhood very comfortable and relaxing. Property host was extremely competent and addressed any need you had . The only negatives were the ping pong table was too small to use and the tv channels were limited compared to what we have at home but neither one was a big deal . The pool was awesome enjoyed mornings drinking coffee outside and then a dip in the pool to wake up . The grill cooked really fast we enjoyed using it . The showers and beds were awesome also we highly recommend this property and would consider buying it if it came up for sale .

We were in town for a soccer tournament, this home was exactly as pictured. The layout was perfect for our 2 families, with lots of living areas for teenagers and adults to relax in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and outdoor area was very spacious . They have everything provided for a beach day or several games for inside fun. Would absolutely recommend this home for anyone to rent, you will not be disappointed.
