Welcome to Sunny Breeze, a ground-level vacation home just a two-minute walk from Manatee River and a fifteen-minute to the beautiful Holmes Beach! With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional separate guest house this rental sleeps up to nine guests! You and your guests will love gathering on the sectional for engaging conversations, catching up on your favorite shows, and sitting back and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen is any level chef’s dream with its stainless-steel appliances, broad countertops, and spacious kitchen island for guests to entertain the chef and grab a quick bite. In addition to the formal dining table, there is a table under the patio perfect for sipping morning coffee and evening drinks.

The primary bedroom will brighten your spirits with its colorful décor. It features a tv and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Your guests will love the second bedroom’s Caribbean flair. The third bedroom will delight younger guests and has space for playing games. The hall bathroom features a shower tub combo for cleaning up after fun beach days. The separate guest house is a studio with fun beach décor, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a kitchenette.

Your guests will love the large private pool with a lanai that gives you plenty of entertainment space. Nearby Manatee River offers recreational opportunities for fishing, charters, boating, and paddle sports. Enjoy the many restaurants and activities in Bradenton or cross the causeway and enjoy Anna Maria Island. The white sandy beaches will provide hours for fun, then take a break to shop in Pine Avenue’s boutiques and enjoy fresh seafood at one of the many local restaurants. Boat, bike, and paddle rentals are available for more adventures. You will love Sunny Breeze!

4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
