The home was great and only steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops. AMI was also great in communicating. Would absolutely rent via AMI again.

We had a great time here and love the house. We found the dishwasher to be very challenging. I think it needs to be checked. There are a few little things I think that could be done to make it even nicer like some bars of soap for the showers instead of those little teeny bars,. Some Kleenex here and there. And I would suggest that you put a caution strip on that step up on the upper deck as it’s an easy tripper since the wood looks the same we had a close call. We love the location, so close to the nice beach and also to the Bridge Street activities. We were without power for a few hours New Year’s Eve, but the company did a great job getting it back on so we were grateful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The Rader family.

We were 3 families that stayed for a week over Thanksgiving. Plenty of activities within walking distance to keep everyone entertained. Good kitchen, grill and common areas for communal meals. Ride the free trolley up to Skinny’s. Who needs a car here?!

The Florida Fling was exactly as described! We took our extended family—four families total, including two infants and a toddler—and it was perfect for all of us. There were even gates for the stairs, which gave us great peace of mind.
Each family had a beautiful bedroom and bathroom, and the pool, hot tub, and backyard entertaining area were just as pictured on the website—absolutely wonderful. The grill was a nice touch for family dinners. The kitchen was fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly need, and the refrigerator and freezer were huge!
The washer and dryer were a huge bonus, especially with little ones. There were plenty of bathroom and beach towels provided, and lots of beach chairs stored in the garage. The beach itself is less than a block away, with gorgeous white sand.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home—we made so many great family memories and can’t wait to return!

11 friends gathered from around the US in Bradenton Beach for a reunion. The home was just perfect, peaceful, and less than a half block from the beach. Essentially just across the street. AMIlocals the management company was incredible. Kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The pool in the back was a refuge from the sun, the beach was powdery white with turquoise water. Walk to town for coffee or take a quick ride to the market. When 11 people all come away feeling like it was a perfect vacation… that is probably the best recommendation one can give!

Thank you so much for being so responsive. Our trip was great, the house was beautiful, clean, HUGE and every bedroom had a bathroom. They had everything we needed already there including a wagon, chairs and kids toys for the beach. The pool and hot tub were amazing, we did keep forgetting about the child safety alarm lol but we needed it with 4 kids with us. We will stay with AMI locals every time from now on when we visit Anna Maria Island. The location is walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Truly a memorable family vacation. You guys rock!

We checked in and enjoyed our week long trip at this property. We had 3 generations for our first family trip in over 3 years. This property is the perfect place for families. Each bedroom has a bathroom, kitchen well stocked, pool area nice & a rooftop deck to watch sunrise and sunset. Would definitely choose this house if we are back in the area. AMI was a great group to work with. Nice area to stay. More than enough options for food, shopping and entertainment. Thanks to everyone that helped make our vacation an awesome experience.

Amazing Home! It's absolutely new, very clean house. You can watch sunrise and sunset from the rooftop. It’s a 1 min walk to the beach, which is very convenient. We will definitely come back!

Our Anna Maria Island family vacation stay at this fantastic home was a blast! Everything is new and clean, and the decor design and atmosphere feels like it's out of a magazine. Being just a few minutes walk away from the beach meant daily sandcastle-building sessions and family days by the waves. We loved the private pool – it was the highlight of our trip! The bedrooms were comfy cocoons for post-beach naps, and the ensuite bathrooms made getting ready so easy (a lifesaver with kids in tow). We appreciated the top-notch service from the management company, the cleanliness of the home, and the beautiful luxury space provided by the homeowner. Thank you to all. We had a vacation to remember, and we're already counting down the days until next year when we're coming back.

Excellent place to stay with easy access to the beach! Beach wagon and chairs available. Nice pool and spa area. Roof top deck to view the beach, sunsets and views of the bay. Close to restaurants. No elevator (3 floors 4 counting rooftop deck; so you’ll definitely get your exercise. If you like to sleep with temps below 72° they lock the controls. That would be my only complaint. The decor is amazing and the beds are comfortable!
