Welcome to Bella Vista, a beach lover's paradise in Holmes Beach that is just two short blocks from the turquoise waters and sandy white beaches of Anna Maria Island! This spectacular vacation home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for a family or friends trip.

Recently updated throughout, this beautiful island home is filled with ambient natural lighting from the skylight as you enter. The main living space is decorated in warm neutral tones and has plenty of comfortable seating. An expansive and elevated deck opens up from this space, inviting our guests to relax and begin living on “island time!” The fully custom and well-equipped kitchen has plenty of space for groceries and the desired cookware for preparing a fantastic meal. There are four barstools set at the island kitchen and a lovely coastal dining table.

After sunny days at the beach, enjoy sweet dreams in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower, it also provides private access to the deck, and this space is perfect for sipping your morning coffee. The chic second bedroom has a Queen bed and spacious closet. The third bedroom is bright and airy, with two Twins and Twin Trundles that also has access to the patio for enjoying the salty breezes. The shared hallway bathroom features a shower and tub combination. Down the hallway is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The private patio features an outdoor kitchen, and is an excellent retreat for guests to unwind and enjoy the calm swaying of the palm trees or play a game of dominos together. When your friends and family are ready to explore the island, the free island trolley is just a quick walk away and takes you all over this seven-mile coastal island.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
