Welcome to The Gathering Place, a marvelous vacation home with a spacious backyard and private swimming pool nestled in the eclectic Village of the Arts District of Bradenton. With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bedrooms, this getaway is perfect for enjoying time with friends and family, beach activities, cultural and historical offerings, and nightlife.

As you arrive at this Traditional Southern home, you will enter through the screened-in porch, with plush chairs, wicker tables, a rocker, and a porch swing. Entertain or unwind in the Florida living room with bright tropical décor, oversized furniture for comfort, a beautiful focal point fireplace, and a flat-screen television. The fully outfitted kitchen is designed with generous countertop space, an island for food preparation, stainless-steel industrial appliances, and a bistro table. Converse with guests over a nice meal at the formal dining room table or at the outdoor dining table on the pool deck. An additional living space with an inviting sectional and TV is on the second floor.

Elegance and comfort await you in the primary bedroom, with
a king-size bed with crisp linens, and a primary bathroom with a stunning vanity and shower and bathtub combination. The second bedroom has a a decorative fireplace, a footboard bench, and patio access. The third guest bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with tropical flares and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is perfect for young families or an excellent sleepover room for the kids. The upstairs common area has a table perfect for playing the provided board games and has a daybed with a trundle. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Fun awaits in this backyard oasis; the large sparkling pool has a walk-in entrance and an area for lap swimming along one side. Relax on one of the many loungers, enjoy morning coffee or meals cooked on the BBQ grill on the upper deck to enjoy city views and ocean breezes.

The Gathering Place is located within Bradenton's Village of the Arts, a unique neighborhood dedicated to local artists, gallery events, incredible dining experiences, and arts festivals. There's always something memorable happening! This fantastic location is close to many popular shops, Lecom Park, IMG Academy, local breweries, and waterfront dining along the Bradenton Riverwalk. Follow the Anna Maria Island bridge, and dip your toes into the award-winning turquoise Gulf Beaches of Anna Maria Island. This property does not allow pets.

Please note: 2 cars maximum can park at this home, 1 in driveway and 1 in street. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas.
