Welcome to Whim Sea, a top-floor luxury penthouse featuring two primary suites, two bathrooms, and a large screened-in lanai for enjoying gorgeous sunrise views. Located in One Particular Harbour at Margaritaville, this beautiful and exclusive gated community offers shared amenities such as a swimming pool, splash pad, barbecue grills, tiki huts, and a playground for all guests. Ideally situated on Tampa Bay and just two miles to the Anna Maria Island Gulf beaches, this location is perfect for exploring nightlife, culture, and beaches. 

Step inside and experience pure vacation bliss, where you’ll be greeted with a comfortable seating area for guests to relax, watch their favorite shows, and enjoy the views out of the patio windows. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen features an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, along with basic cooking essentials with stylish island seating. With two dining table options, guests can choose to dine indoors or bring the feast outside to the screened-in lanai and its dining table.   

The two beautiful primary bedrooms are simply dreamy and offer plush mattresses with crisp luxury bedding. Both rooms are nicely appointed with ensuite bathrooms, one with a double vanity and walk-in shower and the other with a shower and bathtub combination. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer in the hallway for guests’ use in the condo.

Just downstairs you’ll have access to a fabulous shared community pool amenity, a splash pad for the kids (or young at heart!) and barbeque grills with nearby tiki huts for shade. You can also take a nice nature walk along the mangroves and marina or walk over to the nearby restaurant and Tiki bar. 

Anna Maria Island is located over a short bridge, only two miles to the soft white Gulf of Mexico beach and other island favorites. It’s an easy bike ride, or a super easy drive from this community which has everything you need to enjoy your tropical island getaway.   

For guests who are staying 28+ nights you will have access to the Beach Club. Enjoy a resort size heated pool, heated spa, 4200 sq ft fitness center, and private restaurant and bar located on the intracoastal waterway with outstanding views. 
There are no pets allowed in this home. 

*Please note: There is an oversized assigned parking space under the building. 2 cars maximum are able to park at this unit. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.  

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. 

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
