Welcome to AM I Dreaming, a luxurious three bedrooms and three and a half bathroom waterfront home that offers the perfect blend of canal and beach living with premium amenities to ensure a fantastic stay! The resort-style patio beckons with a luxurious saltwater pool and spa, an inviting outdoor dining area, and a convenient launch spot for kayaks and paddleboards, promising the ultimate blend of tranquility and excitement.

Exciting conversations will flow through the open main living area, which features a comfortable seating area with cozy couches, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has essentials, including pots, pans, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a broad kitchen island perfect for preparing meals. The dining table can accommodate up to six guests, and on the balcony, there is a bistro table and plush seating area, all of which provide incredible views. Right off the kitchen is the home's laundry room.

The third floor is exclusively dedicated to the primary bedroom, offering a serene escape. You can enjoy breathtaking views from every angle, and the ensuite bathroom comes with a spacious soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and two vanities. Moreover, this area has two distinct balconies, one of which has a spiral staircase that leads to the rooftop deck. The second and third deluxe bedrooms are decorated with a beautiful ocean theme, featuring a TV and an ensuite bathroom with luxurious walk-in showers. For the children of the group, there's a bonus room with a bunk bed located across from the hall bathroom.

While staying at AM I Dreaming, you'll never run out of things to do. The Bayfront Park and AMI City Pier are located just across the street, offering a variety of activities such as swimming, playgrounds, picnic tables, and an excellent spot for fishing. You can also pack the beach wagons provided and head to the stunning Gulf of Mexico beaches to enjoy the sun and sand. Don't forget to visit the Rod and Reel Pier and Pine Ave, where you will find fantastic boutiques and restaurants.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows dogs with host approval prior to arrival. Please note there will be an additional pet fee associated, see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.

These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
