Welcome to Sweet Melissa’s Beach House, an adorable vacation home close to all the Anna Maria action while still on a quiet street. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom getaway has a private pool, screened-in porch, and a lovely outdoor space surrounded by lush landscaping. One of the bedrooms can be accessed through the hallway or a private outdoor entrance, making it perfect for multiple groups or families traveling together. Grab your beach bags and head across the street to Tampa Bay Beach or drive to the Gulf beaches. The anglers of the group will love the proximity to AMI City Pier, and the shoppers will love exploring Pine Ave. Vacation memories are waiting to be made at Sweet Melissa’s Beach House!

Walk into this vibrant paradise through the screened-in porch and enter the great room. There is a large sofa and tv for unwinding after splendid beach days. The fully equipped kitchen has unique cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen island seating. Take advantage of the island breeze with an outdoor meal cooked or share a meal inside.

The chic primary bedroom is fitted with a luxury King bed, tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second bedroom is designed like a private suite with a private entrance from the front and access from the pool and hallway. It has stunning floors, a plush bed, a sleeper sofa, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the washer and dryer are in this bathroom. The third bedroom has a tv and two cozy twin beds. There is an additional bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

-Primary bedroom: King bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower combination
-Second bedroom: King bed, seating area with additional King Sleeper Sofa, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry room, access to the pool
-Third bedroom: Two Twin beds, shares a hallway bathroom with tub and shower combination

Cool off in the private backyard with a splash in the pool, a drink in hand as you rest in one of the loungers, or converse with guests at the outdoor dining table. Additionally, the screened-in porch offers a great space to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink.


*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
