Bradenton Beach Club 232

The pictures were a bit deceiving as there is no beach view at all from the property. The condo itself was very nice and a great place to stay. Upon coming in to Florida the google maps address took us to the wrong condos and we almost walked in someone's home. I ended up looking back at the listing photos and figuring out it was meant to be the building on the other side of the fence at the next property that we would be staying at. The kids loved the pool it was heated, clean, and never crowded. Overall a great place to stay.

Our 5th annual girls trip to AMI. We enjoyed the pool, beach, shopping and great dining. We made many great memories! Check in was easy, we loved the property. The only draw back was the floors were dirty and could use good cleaning. We will be back to the island next year!

This was a great beach vacation! Easy access to the beach and very nice pool that was never very busy. Walking to bridge street was close and pleasant and it's an easy drive to the north side. I would definitly reccomend this place. The kids enjoyed it too! I want to start with the issues we had didn't cause for a poor overall experience but I do feel like they could be easily resolved for future guests. We received the wrong lockbox # in our welcome email. Luckily, we arrived early enough to call and text AMI in order to get the correct number. The rental was overall very clean except for the ensuite bathroom toilet. I texted pictures and they said they would send someone the following day to clean it but didn't mention we should leave the key in the lock box. So we missed having the cleaners come, AMI offered to have them come the following day, but by this point I had already cleaned the toilet. The parking pass was not available in the binder but AMI said we should be fine in the numbered spot in the parking garage. We had access to the beach lounge chairs mentioned in the listing the first day but every day after they were locked up. AMI texted that we probably weren't supposed to have access to them but I suspect that wasn't the case. Luckily we had brought other chairs with us that we could bring to the beach. We also had to text to get the code for the pool bathrooms. The internet went out a couple of days before we left. They sent out two technicians but they were unable to get it work again before we left. Overall, AMI was pleasant and quick to communicate.

This place was great. It had everything inside and out. Kids loved the pool and easy walk across the street to the beach. Screened in deck a bonus. Plenty of room for all of us!

This is a great condo to stay in for a family. Loads of room, well-appointed with necessary utensils, etc. 2-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The Property Management company was very responsive to questions. We were worried about gaining access to the property as we had a late-night check-in due to a delayed flight, but the check-in process as easy and had no issues

This property was beautiful and extremely clean! Maybe the most cleanly place I have ever rented, which the germaphobe in me totally appreciates ;) We loved the screened-in porch and the separate bathrooms (a huge bonus for a family!). We had all the comforts of home, and great amenities, plus the ideal location. A serene slice of beach is just across the street. I loved the little special touches as well- from the beach toys, to the soaps, to the welcome gift. All such great touches that made this place stand apart from others. I highly recommend and truly hope to come back in the future!!

Great Condo. Comfortable beds and furnishings. The light on the lanai is broken and we reported it on the first and second day, but it was not repaired during our stay. Which meant we couldn’t enjoy the lanai at night for card games etc as it was too dark out there. Quiet location across the street from the private beach access, and a short stroll to the bayside cabana. Nice pool, but quite small for the size of the apartment complex. A short walk to Bridge Street to the main bars and restaurants. It was our first time vacationing at AMI and we would definitely return.

Three of my girlfriends and I stayed here for a Mom's getaway weekend and it was just what we needed. The place was very clean, comfortable and neatly decorated. It is so easy to get to the beach just across the street. We loved having a pool and hot tub just outside for when it was raining. We enjoyed our morning tea out on the screened-in porch, relaxing in the living room and cooked a couple meals in the full kitchen. Kimberly was very responsive and helped point us to a spa and delicious restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely amazing. Kim, the property manager, was wonderful. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, very clean condo and everything that we needed for an amazing vacation. The pool was great, very close to the condo and the beach access was right across the street. The trolley stops were right out front of the complex as well which made for easy transportation on the island. Overall our stay was amazing and we would totally go back and stay again! The property was beautiful. Better in person than in pictures. Clean and nicely decorated. Great location right across the street from the beach. Gorgeous sunsets every night. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Would highly recommend this place and we would love to come back. We loved the bottle of wine and chocolates Kimberly left us.

A short walk to the beach, a pool a few steps away, close enough to walk to bridge street and activities. Our family had a great time. Anna Maria Island is wonderful. Look forward to many more family vacations.

We live nearby but had friends visiting so we decided to splurge on a beach condo. This is a clean, spacious condo unit that easily sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen that you should definitely make use of. Easy beach access puts you on some of the most magnificent sand you'll find. It's third floor, which we loved -- especially with the nice outdoor balcony -- but if hiking up and down the steps is too much there is an elevator. We managed to lock ourselves out, but even that potential disaster was easily corrected when the manager went out of her way to get us a spare key. Other family members have stayed in this unit as well and loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay -- I met my mom and two aunts for a long weekend and the apartment was great. It's just a short walk across the road for beach access. Nice to have 3 "bedrooms" or separate rooms for sleeping so we could spread out...and the 2 baths was great. The lights/power didn't seem to be working in the master bath so that was pretty inconvenient for my aunt who was sleeping in that room but she worked around it. It was helpful to have the option of the elevator for my aunt who didn't want to walk up the stairs every time. On the screened porch, there are some beach items you can use -- a couple chairs, float noodles, umbrellas & body boards. There seems to be an owner on the property that patrols the parking lots and leaves notes on your car even when you're parked in your designated spot (we didn't have any "official" passes to put on our dash) so that was annoying with the threat of having your vehicle towed but it all worked out.
