Sea La Vie (AMIL)

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The house itself was great - very comfortable and thoughtfully set up for guests. The bedrooms were fabulous with plenty of blankets and pillows, which made everyone feel right at home. The pool was also a highlight and a perfect place to relax.The location was excellent, just a short walk to the ocean. One tip for future visitors: we highly suggest renting a golf cart! It’s the best way to explore the island, and we loved that we could pull it right into the garage to charge.We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches the hosts provided. The welcome kitchen and bath boxes were great and made settling in so easy. Thank you for thinking of all the little things guests may need while on vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This unit is in a great location! Easy walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants in Holmes beach. We were disappointed in the cleanliness and overall shape of the unit when we arrived but AMI did offer to re clean. You can not control your own air/heat in the unit and it took a few days for someone to set the thermostat where we requested. One kitchen pantry closet was broken and one living room curtain ripped. The living room furniture is very stained. On the desk in the photos the owner has stored what look to be golf cart batteries. With a little sprucing up and a deep clean this would be a fantastic unit!

We have been coming to AMI for several years and stayed in a variety of condos/villas.
This one was excellent in every way; lovely styling throughout the three bedrooms, the kitchen was fully stocked with great equipment, lovely spacious balcony, short 5 minute walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants, and a lovely neighbourhood where everyone was so friendly.
The villa does have limited supplies in terms of kitchen condiments which was clearly stated before arrival (we brought a few things with us and grabbed the rest from Publix) however there is enough to get you started in terms of bathroom essentials and kitchen basics such as bin liners and washing up liquid.
The team were very responsive to all queries and even repaired a couple of very minor things we highlighted during our stay within a few hours.
The neighbourhood is lovely; very quiet and relaxing and a great base for all AMI favourites such as Ugly Grouper and Ginny and Jane 'es.
We will definitely return!

Beautiful property, exactly as per the listing. Stunning location just a tiny walk to a gorgeous beach. Properly felt like we were in paradise. A few minutes walk from some great shops, restaurants, cocktail bars, coffee shops, etc. Had the best stay, slightly let down by a few days of rain, bit we will 100% be back and to this property. Can't recommend enough!!!!

We spent two wonderful weeks here in March and had an amazing time. The location is ideal—just a few minutes walk to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants and the free trolley, which made getting around super easy. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler, a fully stocked kitchen, and convenient on-site laundry. One of our favorite features was the large screened-in deck. It was peaceful and perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening after a day in the sun. The weather was gorgeous, and the home’s central location made it easy to enjoy all that Anna Maria has to offer. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

This place was everything we were looking for. Super clean, tons of space, and the kitchen had every tool and gadget you’d need to cook full meals every night. We grilled, cooked, and ate out on the back porch while watching the sunset—it doesn’t get much better than that. The location is ideal. It’s a quick walk to the beach, which made it easy to run back for lunch or a break during the day. Plus, catching the sunset over the Gulf every night was next-level. We barely used the car—everything is walkable or bikeable, and the grocery store is only five minutes away if you need to stock up. The hosts were great—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. They even had all the beach gear ready to go, so we didn’t have to bring a thing. Overall, this trip was exactly what I needed to unplug, relax, and reset. The area is beautiful—clear water, cool shells, tropical plants, and sunsets that seriously stop you in your tracks. Couldn’t ask for a better setup to just chill and enjoy the moment. Would 100% stay here again.

We stayed here for a family Christmas. Everyone enjoyed their time the house is nicely laid out and it’s a great location right next to the beach. The hosts are quick to respond and nice to work with, very accommodating. Overall my family had an amazing stay and will absolutely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. The coastal decor gives it a beautiful beach vibe with plenty of room for a family to hang out. The kitchen is a nice size for cooking. Our bed was very comfortable. The home is just a block away from a fabulous beach. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. We look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay for the week. The condo itself looked like the photos - great location, easy to get to the beach, clean and nicely updated. They provided beach chairs and a beach wagon, although we rented a golf cart and that is the way to go, in my opinion, so no wagon needed. We did notice a damaged drawer when we arrived, I took a photo and tried to notify management, but I was passed off to three different numbers. Well-stocked kitchen when it comes to dishes/pots and pans/etc. but bring whatever else you need. There is nothing else in the kitchen - no basic spices (i.e. salt and pepper), no starter coffee filters, ice trays are not filled so get ice... you get the idea. The outside deck was nice to sit and drink coffee in the morning, and the pool was ok. Best part was not having a huge checklist the morning of checking out - they made it super easy to get out on time. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a week vacation.

The Beach is absolutely beautiful and a short walk away. The condo had a wagon and chairs to help getting to the beach nice and easy. The condo itself was nice, clean and quiet. We had a car but you can easily rent a golf cart to travel to shops and restaurants.
