Walk or ride a bike to local eateries, island shops, and hop on the AMI Trolley to take a complimentary scenic ride across the 7 mile island. Inside this cute as a button coastal home you have original hardwood floors on the with a living room, den, and sun room that provide serene spaces to retreat to with a favorite book or to watch a movie. The galley style kitchen is well equipped with the culinary essentials to craft a meal for those at home nights with the fam. Dine in at the family table or pull up a stool to the breakfast bar for a quick bite before setting out to the beach.

The home comes beautifully appointed with 3 bedrooms that are spacious, brightened with an abundance of natural light, designed with a beach-boho style. The primary bedroom has a king bed with luxury bedding, storage for your beach bags, and ambient lighting. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and your 3rd bedroom is styled with a twin daybed w/ trundle perfect for the younger crew in tow. Both bathrooms are located in the hallway, with one being a 1/2 bathroom and your second guest bathroom is designed with a large vanity complete with a tub/shower combo.

After a sun-filled day by the surf and sand you can return to your beach escape to have a bbq cookout with your family and friends. Grill up a local catch on the grill, hang out on the deck with the sunset as your backdrop, and dine in the screened lanai.
