We had a wonderful holiday here. Loved the calm quiet canal. Saw wildlife and even watched the rescue of a manatee right in front of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would suggest a keurig. Makes coffee much easier to make and less cleanup Just a few issues with the unit that need to be addressed. The slider is very difficult to open and close. The ceiling fan in the primary bedroom was too noisy to use. Thank you for an easy check in and out.

We had a wonderful experience at this little home. Enjoyed our view of the bay right outside our door, so peaceful. It was in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy tourist area but close enough that we could hop in our golf cart and be there within minutes. We even had a dolphin visit us one morning. The dock was still missing from the hurricane, hopefully they will rebuild it at some point. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at this waterfront rental was fantastic, offering the perfect setting for our first island trip. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet conveniently close to the beach, dining, and attractions by golf cart or car, the location couldn’t be better. Despite a minor hiccup with the back door alarm, which led us to use the front door and enjoy a scenic walk to our covered porch and beautiful waterfront dock, our experience was seamless. The cozy and comfortable bed ensured restful sleep, making our accommodation ideal for relaxation and recharge. In essence, this rental is a gem for those seeking tranquility with easy access to island adventures. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Our stay was great. At one point we got locked out of the house because we accidentally dead bolted the house from inside. Guest services were super responsive and we had a maintenance guy out pretty fast ( he was super nice btw). House was just as described. Checkin and checkout was very easy. Definitely will be using them again next year.

Nice place in amazing location. Home is older, but it has been renovated in some areas and was clean. It’s located at the end of a cul de sac on the water an has a huge dock. Neighborhood is super quiet so it was very peaceful sitting outside at sunrise/sunset. We brought our golf cart as there was plenty of parking for our trailer. It was nice to cruise on it from our place to the store and restaurants. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

My husband, daughters and I were excited to spend a long weekend in Anna Marie Island. The space was the perfect size for us and my husband loved fishing off the private dock. It was a relaxing weekend. My only complaint would be the alarm system on the door. Because the door is older it didn’t want to shut all the way so the alarm kept going off after we pushed the bypass. It made us not want to go out that way. Luckily we could walk around the house to get to the dock to still use it. The door just needs some work or to be replaced. Enjoyed the stay though.

We thought this place was BEAUTIFUL and so close to everything we wanted to do - from the beach, downtown area, restaurants, and shopping! It was exactly what we were looking for. The space was really clean and really comfortable. Loved the chairs set up on the dock, perfect for watching sunsets. Bonus points for being dog friendly! We will absolutely be rebooking!

Even though it’s a duplex, you couldn’t tell it. The full time neighbor next door was great. The place is very close to everything but yet tucked in and out of the way for privacy. I recommend renting a golf cart for your stay.

My wife have been coming to Anna Maria for some eight years and like to stay on the gulf side of the island near the beach This was our first time staying on the east side which worked out perfect within walking distance from City Pier and Pine Avenue. We stayed at Bay Haven in May this year, the house is located at the end of South bay a quite residential street . The property is spacious and has been remodeled throughout. Two large bedrooms nice size living room. The view is amazing overlooking Bimini Bay, we spotted dolphins swimming close by one day. The deck is a perfect place to relax, fish and BBQ a umbrella would be nice to give some shade, overall a nice place to stay, landscaping is a little out of control and the lanai needs some renovation. Would we go back? yes for sure.

The photos of the house are accurate. If you’re looking for a luxury home, this is probably not it for you. But it is clean, well stocked, the beds are comfy and it’s a fabulous location. We really enjoyed sitting out and watching the canal for porpoises and manatee.
