Within a short 10 minute drive you’re already dipping your toes into the glistening Gulf waters of Anna Maria and close by to the Palma Sola Causeway Park where you can cast a line from the stunning bay waters while feasting on a family bbq. This Florida home is full of charm and is the ultimate place to relax and unwind on your next family vacation!

Paradise awaits you upon arrival with ample guest parking with a tropical landscaped yard. A single family home brightened with coastal hues and beach decor throughout. This modern, spacious layout flows perfectly from one room to the next with plenty of areas to rest or catch up on your favorite book you brought. Your inner chef will love the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite counters and comes well stocked will all the essentials to prepare delicious meals for your guests. Kick back and unwind in the beautiful living room with cozy reclining furniture and a restored fireplace after spending your days on the beach. Plenty of sleeping options when needing a mid-day siesta, where two of the bedrooms feature king beds while the other two bedrooms are styled with 2 full beds and 2 twin over full bunks, There is also a queen futon to offer to extra guests. All of the bedrooms come nicely appointed with crisp luxury bedding, storage, and flat panel tv’s. Spend your days hanging out by the large private pool and garden area with relaxing Adirondack chairs and loungers. Fire up the grill for a nightly feast and dine under the stars as the outdoor space is quite the place for nightly gatherings.

Venture out and explore the 7 mile coastline of Anna Maria Island, as the island is a magical place to shop, dine, and watch the nightly sunsets. Your prime location provides easy driving access to Clearwater, Sarasota, and St. Armands Circle. Whether you’re here for the beaches, bird watching, deep sea fishing, or hanging by the cool pool there is so much fun for everyone. This home is even able to accommodate up to a 24 ft boat in the driveway, and is located a half mile from the local public boat ramp. Please note, if bringing a boat the parking spaces are reduced to room for 2 vehicles.

If bringing a boat (up to 30 ft), parking capacity is reduced to 2 cars, maximum. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
