Enjoy this spacious beach retreat featuring a heated pool or relax with happy hour cocktails on your private deck during sunset. There is both a covered deck and an upstairs open deck overlooking the pool area. It's tropical vibe and colorful artwork will set the tone for a perfect Bradenton Beach Retreat!

There is a 50" television with a DVD player in the downstairs living room. The upstairs living room features a 32" television. There is a 12" television in the guest bedroom. Of course, this wonderful home features free Wifi, expanded cable and free domestic calling.

This property will be affected by a City of Bradenton Beach Improvement project. Mandatory construction will occur along this residential street between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Guests can expect noise and street closures during this time. We apologize for the unavoidable inconvenience.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
