Perfect Relaxing Beach Getaway
This property exceeded expectations! We had the best week celebrating our little one's first beach trip and this property had absolutely everything we needed, and more! The pool, fishing, plenty of space, location and views were everything you would want in a Florida beach house! We will be back.

Amazing Space! Feels Like Home!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rod and Reel! It was even better than we were hoping. The expansive kitchen island was our hub for our stay as I made breakfast while my wife did some work at the counter on her laptop. The master bedroom was a luxurious retreat with large doors overlooking the pool and canal. The large master closet allowed us to unpack all of our vacation gear and still had room to spare. The details in this home are spectacular - very tastefully decorated in coastal décor and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The pool and spa were our favorite spot as we watched wildlife around the canal. We also rented a golf cart for our stay which was very convenient for accessing Pine Ave and nearby restaurants. We even took the golf cart all the way down to Bridge Street! It was a great way to take in all the sights, sounds, and fresh air of the island. We highly recommend this home for a family or even just a couple looking to get away! Traci, the property manager, was stellar. Very easy to get in touch with and happy to help with any questions or suggestions for things to do in the area. Can't wait to stay here again!

Very nice house with lots of extras!

We had a great time! Very nice house- it worked great for our group of 8! Our kids loved swimming and fishing off the dock in the backyard! The extras were nice! Kayak, paddle board, and fishing poles were included. We rented a golf cart from Beach Bums which was a great way to get around the island! The house is in a great location! It’s close to Pine Ave where all the shops are, and only a couple blocks away from the beach. Make sure to check out the Donut Experiment and the Waterfront Restaurant. It was the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on and we will definitely be back! We didn’t want to leave!

Great Time on Anna Maria

 

This was our first experience in Anna Maria Island, so we wanted somewhere special to stay.  We found it!  This home is more beautiful than the pictures indicate.  The inclusion of 4 bikes, a kayak, paddle board and fishing rods made our stay even more remarkable.  We had several manatee sightings both from the dock and as we were out on the kayak and board, when they went right underneath us!  The open concept kitchen and family room is perfect for families and guests, and the pool and hot tub area, adjacent to the covered patio, was spectacular.  The property was immaculate and well-maintained (just recently completely renovated) and the bathrooms were top-notch.  Support from the property manager was outstanding and super fast.  Small problem with the bike seat was addressed within hours.   We even received a personal welcome visit from 2 reps of the property manager, with a small gift!  So impressed!  We highly recommend this property and fully expect to return again.  Love Anna Maria Island.

Gorgeous, relaxing and great location!

 

We recently stayed at this beautiful home and loved it. It exceeded all of our expectations. There was 10 of us and it was perfect for our two families and grandparents. The location was perfect. Everything is a short bike/golf car ride away. We enjoyed the nice bikes they had and loved the use of the kayak and paddle board. We also rented a golf cart and loved having that waiting for us upon arrival. The house was clean when we arrived and Stephen(the manager) was awesome. He was in constant communication with us when we arrived to make sure everything was taken care of. My favorite part was the pool area. So serene and relaxing. We really enjoyed just sitting out back and enjoying the sunrise and sunsets. We can’t wait to be back!

Fantastic home and location
This home was immaculate, comfortable, and beautiful. We walked to the beach every day in minutes with the cart and beach chairs the owner provided. There are multiple excellent restaurants within walking distance as well. Backyard is gorgeous with a pool, spa, and wonderful seating/lounging furniture. We would highly recommend!
