Your private island awaits at Pura Vida, a two-bedroom and two-bathroom beachfront vacation home with a private beach on Jewfish Key! Only accessible by boat, this home has three boat slips. The private dock allows easy access to more than a dozen dock-and-dine restaurants on the mainland and is the perfect spot for watching turtles, dolphins, and manatees play!

As you walk up the stairs to your newfound getaway, you'll instantly feel refreshed by the sound of the Gulf of Mexico and palm trees swaying. The property has completely restored all its existing cypress beams, poles, wood stairs, and railings, giving it a fresh and updated look. The spacious living area offers a stunning view of the crystal-clear waters and Longboat Pass inlet, along with an elegant seating area featuring a sectional, side chairs, a TV, and a charming bar top console table. The kitchen and dining area have a warm, rustic feel with beautiful wood furnishings and all the necessary equipment, including pots, pans, and utensils. The large dining room table is perfect for enjoying delicious meals after long days spent on the beach. The house also features Sonos Speakers throughout, ensuring you can enjoy your favorite tunes in every corner of the home.

The two bedrooms have recently added cupola windows for tons of natural light, plush bedding, and premium mattresses. You'll find that the second-floor primary bedroom is a serene escape with a private balcony where you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and a stunning designer ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is on the first floor and is ideal for groups of friends or multiple families traveling together. There are two Queen beds, a bunk bed, and access to the balcony. The second bathroom has a double vanity with plenty of counter space and a walk-in shower.

Arriving guests who wish to use the private 23-foot pontoon boat option for the duration of their stay must arrive at the Bradenton Beach Marina (located at 402 Church St North, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217) before 4:30 pm - no exceptions - on the day of check-in to attend mandatory training and fill out all necessary paperwork. If you wish to extend the boat rental beyond seven nights, please speak with the Marina representative when you are onsite for pickup.

There are two separate docks; 2 slips on a shared dock and 1 on a private dock. The private dock in the front of the house can accommodate a 20 ft Skiff and the 2 slips on the east shared dock can accommodate up to 32 ft, and the lift is unavailable for guest use. If you plan on bringing your boat, please call the AMI Local reservations team before the arrival date so the additional boat fee is not charged.

These premises are monitored by video surveillance in the exterior public approach areas.
