Arrive to a newly built, multi-level waterfront home that’s filled with an abundance of natural light with modern enhancements, new flooring, and a crisp open layout. A state of the art kitchen with a large island and breakfast stools is perfect for those morning coffee talks. Stocked with all of your culinary supplies, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and opens up to the dining and living area. You won’t feel cramped in this space as your large group gathers for dinner or watches a game with ultra cushy seating. It's a perfect setup for entertaining with family and friends. Sleep peacefully with luxury bedding in one of the custom designed bedrooms where most feature ensuite bathrooms and some open to a private balcony. 6 of the 7 bedrooms are set up with king beds, while your 7th bedroom is perfectly styled with twin over twin bunks that’s ideal for the younger group to have their own sleepover-hangout retreat.
