Paradise Beach

Lovely place
If you want a beachfront home that will have everything that you need during your stay on the island? Then look no further because this is the home!! I can't even begin to write how amazing it was to stay there for the week in February. The fact that we had our own little private bridge to the beach access was amazing. We took so many photos; I still can't believe this is someone's home! The home had a cute little putting green for the kids and even the adults to enjoy, plus a ping pong table that we all had fun competing against each other. My grandmother definitely was thankful for the elevator at this home. Location was amazing, you can literally walk to so many restaurants on the island. Loved getting my morning coffee from dunkin donuts. We will be back that is for sure! Thank you, AMI Locals, for the best stay we have had on the island!!

Rent this one!!

We vacation to Clearwater Beach treasure Island area every year and this was our favorite stay yet! This house was absolutely amazing! The beach view is perfect and in 100 steps or less your feet will be on the sand. The salt water pool/hot tub was the perfect oasis for the adults and kids. Each bedroom has its own bathroom making it ideal for everyone to stay in the same place and still enjoy their privacy.

We had a family reunion of sorts with ages ranging from 2 to 85. The elevator allowed our older guests to get to the top and bottom floors without fear of stairs. The two grills and spacious kitchen allowed us to host dinner for everyone with ease.

The location, amenities, decor and conveniences make this house the perfect house for a vacation to AMI, FL. We will definitely be back! Also tons of fun entertaining party games for adults and toys for the kids!

Having been to Sarasota on many occasions, this was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island. What an absolutely wonderful area--beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and a laid back atmosphere. But as great as the AMI area is, once we checked into Paradise Beach, we couldn't bear to leave.

The house itself is stunning. Great kitchen, tons of space, and what a luxury to have an elevator to get our luggage and groceries from the garage to where they were going. The pool, jacuzzi, and private boardwalk to the beach were perfect--everything exceptionally clean and wonderfully maintained. But what really made our group fall in love with this house was its direct view of some of the most spectacular sunsets we have ever seen. Wow, just wow.

The service from AMI Locals was top notch, and we won't hesitate to work with them when back in the AMI area. And we all hope that is very soon!

Amazing!
This house, trip, and experience was top notch perfection! The pool and spa was gorgeous with so much patio room and seating There was even ping - pong, and a putting green. Not to mention all the chairs, carts, and floats provided. The open space where the kitchen and living room are located on the 2nd floor has these huge sliding glass doors offering the most amazing direct view of the Gulf. The elevator offered so much convenience as well! I will definitely be a returning customer of AMI Locals.

Awesome place!!

We loved staying here. The house, pool, beach location were perfect for us. With so many bedrooms/baths we were able to spread out and have privacy as well. House decor was very pretty too -- the online photos don't do it justice.

Paradise Beach, the name says it all!
This home was just what the doctor ordered for our family of eleven, ages 7 – 72. We spent the majority of the time by the pool or on the beach, but the main living area was perfect for meals and relaxing after a long day. The elevator was a pleasant surprise for my husband’s and my old knees. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out, but still enjoy our week together. The views from the main floor and two of the “Master” bedrooms are amazing. Our week at Paradise Beach was one of the best vacations ever for the entire family.

Awesome house and pool!

Fantastic property! The pool was perfect for the nine grand children, ages 3 to 10. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 18 of us. Everything in the house was well maintained.

Our questions were answered promptly. We certainly enjoyed having the beach and ocean a few steps from the house. This vacation was voted our best vacation ever. The house and pool were major reasons for this being our best vacation. I doubt if we could have found a better place.
