Welcome to You, Me, and the Sea, an inviting vacation home with a sparkling private pool that is a minute''s walk from the beach! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this rental sleeps up to six guests. The open living area allows friends and family to sit back, watch a movie, and discuss Anna Maria Island activities. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to prepare delicious homemade meals and has a desk nook perfect for looking up island recipes and researching the best Anna Maria Island take-out. The indoor dining area is perfect for enjoying time with guests. Additionally, there is an outdoor kitchen setup with a grill perfect for serving fresh-caught seafood, and guests can delight in the island breeze on the balcony while they dig into their meals.

Catch up on much-needed in the primary bedroom, where there is abundant natural lighting, ample closet space for your favorite vacation outfits, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has beautiful coastal touches and a tv for late-night entertainment. Guests in the third bedroom can peacefully drift off to sleep to the sound of the palm trees swaying and catch up on their favorite tv shows before bed. Additionally, there is a hallway bathroom with ample counter space that makes getting ready with multiple people a breeze, and has a walk-in shower.

Spend countless hours at stunning Holmes Beach, steps away along a convenient alleyway, and never miss a breathtaking sunset. After long days of exploring, cool off from the Florida sun in the private pool and soothe your muscles in the hot tub. The free Island trolley stop is a minute''s walk from your doorstep, allowing you to explore the boutiques and restaurants on Pine Avenue, Rod and Reel Pier at secluded Bean Point, and the many Gulf beaches. -Primary Bedroom: King bed,tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
-Second Bedroom: King bed and tv.
-Third Bedroom: Queen bed and tv.
-Bonus Room: Attached to the primary bedroom with full over full bunk bed with twin trundle



*Please note: 4 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved before arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
