I was only disappointed not knowing the original refrigerator in the kitchen was not working, but was replaced. Communication with your office was lacking..Other than that we all loved our visit. The location was fantastic! My older grandchildren could walk to town while we were able to sit on the upper deck and enjoy the beautiful sunsetsI celebrated my 85th birthday and enjoyed every minute!! See you for my 86th!!

Villa Rayo Del Sol is a stunning vacation home that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its prime location directly across from the beach, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf! The rooftop deck became our favorite spot to unwind, providing panoramic views of the gulf and bay! The shaded pool and hot tub area are so relaxing we appreciated the extra security for kids safety. We also loved the Sonos speaker system in the whole home and pool area. & really enjoyed that there are multiple mini refrigerators , in master bedroom , by the pool and on the rooftop ! We will absolutely be back , such a beautiful home!

We loved this house. It was beautifully decorated and all new plus the layout was fantastic. We had family of various ages and everyone could find their “space” whe the er that was the roof top deck, the pool, family room or the two other great balconies. And our week we had some really windy days and some sun burn people so the shaded pool area was really nice. We thought the furniture was very comfortable and we loved the location. For some you might find it busy but all the roads are busy on AMI and we were right across the street from the beach with awesome views, the beach wasn’t crowded, we could walk to the historic downtown area and the trolly stop was near by. Management was super responsive when the pool heater was off and we had a small issue with no outlets in the garage working to charge a golf cart and had things fixed within hours. Given all the damage from the hurricane just six months ago, the island has made an incredible comeback and so impressed. The two homes right next to this one look like total losses which is sad to see the old charm destroyed.

We booked this house literally the day before we flew down. It seemed like they had some work scheduled because they were planning on the house being empty but they accommodated us. They did some landscaping but it wasn’t a big deal at all and they were very communicative. The house itself is gorgeous, as someone who loves to cook on vacation I enjoyed the high end appliances. The knives and pans aren’t the best but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The garage game room wasn’t as in the pictures probably because they haven’t gotten to it yet after the storms, it wasn’t a big deal for us either. Everything else was wonderful! The only thing I would take note of for future bookings is that there is beach parking across the street, The city was working on it while we were there so no one could park there, making the beach not crowded at all! I imagine if people could park there the beach might be busier. We’ve never stayed at this end of the island and it’s nice. There is a lot of traffic on Gulf drive, most of the time but people let us in and out of the driveway. The host company was very responsive when we needed anything. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We all loved it! Would stay there again!

This rental was by far the best home we have ever had the pleasure of staying. The home was extremely clean, very well stocked, had an exceptional location, and was one of those properties we just never wanted to leave. We were travelling with young kids and felt so safe in this home.
The pool and spa were AMAZING and very private.
There was a wonderful beach tent, beach chairs and a beach wagon to use.
We especially loved the home because, although large, it felt intimate and homey.
AMI Locals was wonderful to deal with. They had immediate responses to any questions, and offered wonderful customer service.
I will definitely be booking this rental again!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Just the road to cross to get to the beach. AMI locals that takes care of the property was very helpful. We just called them and they immediately came. There is a pool and a spa. The place is big and is well stocked for a large crowd. It was a good holiday.
