Head 6 miles west on Manatee Ave., and you’ll be able to dip your toes into the world renowned, quartz sanded beaches of Anna Maria Island.

Step inside to an immaculate open layout that flows seamlessly from every room. The living space is where you can retreat with a cushy, sleeper sofa to relax on while streaming a movie. The kitchen comes well equipped with state of the art appliances, ample counter space for meal prepping, and a large kitchen island with stools. The primary bedroom is spacious featuring a king bed with boho-chic furniture, a tv, luxury bedding to sink into each night, and an ensuite bathroom that has a gorgeous tiled tub/shower combo. Your second bedroom highlights a queen bed, a tv, with a bathroom accessed from the hallway. The guest bathroom comes with a vanity that provides storage for your toiletries and a step-in custom tiled shower.

5 cars maximum are able to park at this home, or the driveway is able to accommodate a boat trailer. Please call our office before booking to confirm clearance with the size and height of your watercraft.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
