This ground floor canal-front home has been beautifully remodeled and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

When you first walk in the front door, you step into the large Great Room featuring the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
This spacious and open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, getting the family together, and having a blast on vacation!
When you enter this space you'll immediately notice the beautiful flooring, the gorgeous trim carpentry and finishes, and the stunning kitchen and furnishings. The bedrooms are set up in a ranch type split floor plan. All bedrooms feature high-end linens, comforters, and mattresses. The master is located on the left side of the home, and it is set aside from the living area. This Master Bedroom features a Queen bed, doors leading to the pool with amazing views and a large ensuite bathroom with gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. The children's room features 2 built-in Twin bunk beds that your kids are bound to love plus a Queen bed! On the other side of the house, off the kitchen, the Second master bedroom features a Queen bed with beautiful coastal décor and ensuite bath.

As you walk through the home or look at the pictures here, you'll notice the waterfront views through almost all of the windows and doors! Sunsets are almost as amazing here at The Fish House as it is on the beach, grab a chair, sit by the pool, BBQ, and watch the sunset without leaving your home away from home. The fully functional dock is for the owner use only, but fishin' and daydreaming are encouraged.

Even though this home is incredible, you'll likely want to get out and explore! The first place you'll likely want to go is our world-famous beaches. Located within a 3-7 minute walk depending on which beach you choose, or about a 1-3 minute bike ride.

Luckily, we provide a beach cart to carry your supplies, so we make it easy to for you. Located just about 2 blocks away, you'll find Bayfront Park. This park sits on Tampa Bay and it provides a beach, a playground for the kids, and amazing views of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway. You can walk from this area, along the beach, all the way to the North End (Bean Point) of Anna Maria where Tampa Bay meets the Gulf.
There really is not a prettier way to get to the Gulf, and you'll absolutely love this amazing walk. Or, stroll the half block over to Pine Avenue, about half a block away. Pine Avenue is the shopping and dining district of Anna Maria. It features amazing boutique shops like Pink and Navy, fantastic waterfront restaurants with views like The Waterfront and The Sandbar, dessert shops like Anna Maria Island Creamery and Dips. Don't forget about Rod N Reel Pier, where you can find some great fresh seafood, cold beer, and watch the manatees swim by. You can also hop on the Free Trolley, and you can get anywhere you need to go very easily, and there is a trolley stop on Pine Ave, less than a 1/2 block from the home. There is so much to do and so much to see, and we are happy to help give you some local recommendations while you are here!

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
