The Black Pearl

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Black Pearl. The backyard was a dream and we enjoyed the pool /spa daily along with the games. We also enjoyed using the included bikes and sightseeing around the island on the golf cart. The house is beautiful and very comfortable and fit our family. Each bedroom was like a mini suite! Thank you to AMI Exclusives for their continuous check-ins to make sure all was well. Everything went very smoothly. Special thanks to David, our rep. We would highly recommend AMI Exclusives and hope to return again to Anna Maria Island/Holmes Beach.

The golf cart needs some work - parking break doesn’t work and battery only holds charge for about 45 minutes driving on a full charge. Pool never got above upper 70s the whole week- even after pool guy looked at it. Propane tank only 1/2 full and not a spare - not sure if that was included .Everything else was good.Thank you for getting us more beach chairs.

We had an amazing stay at the Black Pearl! Everything was clean and exactly as described. The location is perfect—close to restaurants and bars, and just a short walk to the beach. The rooftop views were incredible. I do wish the hot tub was a bit easier to heat up, but it was still enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this spot for your next vacay!

Overall we loved the house and pool which were as described. Only negatives were as we were from the UK we couldn’t use the golf cart as insurance is NOT available to UK citizens in Florida for golf carts. We were a party of eight and only 4 bikes and 4 sun loungers are supplied around the pool. On arrival the access code was not emailed and when contacted the management company supplied the incorrect one which delayed our entry to the property. 4 additional beach chairs were supplied as only 4 were originally available.

This property is stunning. A beautiful location, quiet street and very close to everything you need in terms of grocery, fine dining and or casual needs. Walking distance to the beach without question. The golf cart and bikes are a lovely touch. We had a small group of work friends and family in different days to celebrate my birthday. Wonderful memories. I would for sure stay again! I did rate the property a 10 based on the questions they asked; cleanliness, home as described, location, and communication with management. I do have a few critiques. The pool system is not user friendly. We utilized the directions provided and had the pool tech come out. Everytime we had the pool heater going it would stop or stop heating. We finally had a heated pop five days into our trip. The hot tub is lovely but yes be careful- getting in and out could be difficult if you have any mobility issues. It has a unique waterfall design which makes entry and exit slow. Last but not least, the freezer remains broken. It was inconvenient to keep running out to get bags of ice for the “back up” freezer in the garage. The home is three floors- so a lot of up and down. We enjoyed it- but for those shopping these details could be important to you!

House and pool area were beautiful…very well laid out and spacious…love having 6 bathrooms and lots of televisions…perfect location..host was very responsive and friendly regarding any requests…perfect place for my family of 6 adults and 3 toddlers…we all loved it.

This home is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and is in a great location. So close to the beach. The only complaint is that you need to buy everything from platic wrap, to toilet paper, paper towels, to dish soap, laundry soap, etc.They do give a starter of soaps but it’s minimal. We all enjoyed the home and area very much. Loved all of the bathrooms and balconies.

Our stay at this fantastic 4-bedroom vacation home on Anna Maria Island was absolutely incredible. This place had everything we could ask for and more! The private pool and spa were beautiful and unique, perfect for relaxing, and the rooftop deck provided stunning views… especially for watching the famous Florida sunsets with our group of friends. The interior design was top-notch, with a classy touch that made the whole place feel luxurious and comfortable. Each bedroom was a plush retreat, and the fully equipped kitchen made group meals a breeze. We loved kicking back in the living areas, catching up and creating unforgettable memories. With easy beach access just a short walk away, plus great home amenities, this vacation surpassed our expectations, making our stay 5 stars without a doubt. We already booked for next year, and recommend this home to everyone!
