Every detail of this property was designed for comfort and elegance, which you will notice as you enter the naturally bright open living space. The chic living room offers a peaceful place to unwind after a day on the Gulf with inviting sofas and modern artwork. The gourmet kitchen, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, sparkling countertops, and a spacious island with countertop seating will wow your inner chef. Dine with guests in the formal dining room and enjoy views of the lush tropical landscape and afterward, head up the spiral staircase for a refreshing evening on the rooftop deck.

Get your best night's sleep in the deluxe primary bedroom, with a plush King bed, crisp linens, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms are appointed with King beds for ultimate comfort after a day at the beach, and each have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. On the third floor is an additional bathroom with a shower and tub combination and on the main floor is a half bath. For more accommodation, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the den. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

From Bean Point on the north end to Coquina Beach at the south tip, AMI has many treasures waiting to be found. Enjoy shopping and restaurants at Pine Avenue and try the unique desserts and beach treats.
