This luxury construction home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for your family to spread out and relax. This fantastic home offers all stainless steel appliances, modern beach furnishings and much more!

Enjoy an open floor plan in the main living area that flows into the dining and kitchen area where you can whip up culinary delights for all. There is plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. Grab your favorite ice cold refreshment and enjoy the Gulf breezes on the rooftop deck as you overlook the Island with sweeping views of the Gulf waters.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms in this home. The main living level is on the 2nd floor. A King Master Suite with a private balcony and private en-suite bathroom is on this level, and also 2 other bedrooms with King beds that share a full bathroom in between. Upstairs you will find a lounge area great for kids to enjoy with their own flat-screen TV. The remaining bedrooms are located on this upper floor; the King Master with ensuite bathroom, and the last bedroom featuring two sets of twin over twin bunk beds has a bathroom next door featuring a shower and tub.

Embrace some of the best amenities the Island has to offer! Head over to Ginny's and Jane E's for an iconic Cinnamon Roll or enjoy one of the many other restaurants surrounding you. Pine Avenue is lined with quaint shops and ends at the newly rebuilt Anna Maria Island Pier.
Head left out of your driveway and have your toes in the beautiful white sands within minutes! You won't be able to help but fall in love with Anna Maria Island! There is something for everyone to enjoy!

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
