Sweet Melissa’s Beach House is a sweet and cozy beach house located on a quiet street in northern Anna Maria. New to the Rental Market, this 3 bed, 3 bath home is loaded with vintage charm but is also updated to provide modern conveniences.

The house has 1 king bedroom with an en suite bath, 1 queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath off the hallway. A third large bedroom has twin beds and a fold-out queen sofa. It also has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The washer and dryer are also located here.

The back deck has a small, private heated pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. There is a grill, an outdoor dining table that seats 4, and lounge chairs on the deck surrounding the pool.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the spacious, screened porch.

You only need walk across the quiet street to find a sandy, Tampa Bay beach for swimming and Bayfront Park with its playground and picnic tables. If you want to head to fabulous Bean Point with it’s spectacular Gulf beaches just load up the provided beach wagons and make the less than 15-minute walk north or take advantage of the nearby golf cart and bike rentals to zip around the island with ease. Feel like shopping or grabbing a bite? Need some provisions? Pine Avenue with its wonderful boutiques and restaurants is only a short walk to the south. Finally, if you want to fish, or a beautiful sunset dinner, the famed Rod and Reel Pier is right down the street.

This location has it all and will provide a relaxing getaway with an “Old Florida” feel that is hard to find these days.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
