Surf Side

A very clean and convenient location. Located across the road from beach makes for a short walk. Set back enough off road to not be bothered by traffic. Fun lower room with ping pong, couch and tv- alarmed so door has to be closed but has ac. Pool area is perfect and 100% made our stay. Good gas grill set within 3 feet of house- nice outdoor furniture- pool was a fun design and had a hot tub. House has a patio that needs repairs and at times seemed unsafe to be on but the screened in porch is perfect for breakfast. Doors were tricky to use but maintenance came and repaired one broken door know within hours. Nice clean house- beds comfy, clean towels. Kitchen had most items needed to host- would have liked cups that could be used by pool or non glass. Some house items were provided- bring your own garbage bags. Appliances were great and included a large griddle, crackpot and a Mr Coffee Coffeemaker- i brought the wrong coffee. Washer and Dryer were nice and easy to use. Showers- aside from slight flooding in main we loved the showers and water pressure- though the kitchen sink also had pressure that you need ro be careful with. We would totally stay here again. Cute home literally across from beach and close enough to leisurely walk to restaurants or ice-cream. We enjoyed Harry's and Grub on this trip.

Having the beach just across the street and a pool waiting for you back at the house is a pretty great way to spend an AMI vacation, Filipp. We're glad Surf Side by AMI Locals provided a comfortable home base for your getaway. Wonderfully appointed, perfectly positioned home on the island. Just a few steps to the beach. Beautiful private setting with pool jacuzzi in the backyard. Walking distance to almost all of the restaurants and shops.
You shouldn't miss an opportunity to stay here. I'm sure we will be back soon.

Surf Side by AMI Locals sounds like the kind of place that makes you want to extend your vacation, Steven. Just a few steps from the beach, a private backyard with a pool and jacuzzi, and the ability to walk to so many of the island’s restaurants and shops. For a small family of four like ours it was the perfect size and wasn't overwhelming. The pool and the hot tub were spectacular and the view down the canal was surprisingly nice as well. From a curb appeal perspective, I would rate the property as "good" and not excellent but the place was very clean and the location was fantastic and near everything on the north end of the island. The beaches were an easy walking distance or golf cart distance. Reserve this property if you want a great pool and hot tub which was our number one sought after amenity.

Was a great location, nice place and central to beaches and restaurants. The spa didn’t warm up as much as we had hoped, but it was still a nice rental home. We enjoyed it! AMI Locals answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Would stay there again!

We loved staying in this beautiful house. It had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable, it was quiet, the house was gorgeous, the pool was awesome. Super safe specially with littles. We felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed. Every time we had a question they were quick to respond. It’s literally a block away from the beach. Took us a 5 minute walk from the front door to the ocean. Will definitely book again.

Great visit to AMI. House was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great for cooking and outdoor area was perfect for hanging out! Loved the location- easily walkable to coffee and drinks. We will definitely be back.

The house was beautifully decorated, fresh, well-equipped, and clean. The communications were timely and responsive. The house is great for a family with a little basement "den" for teenagers and also has a screened porch (which we didn't realize until we arrived - bonus!). We would absolutely rent this house and/or from AMI again!
