Clean, cozy and comfortable, convenient to beaches, bay and shopping! Family especially loved the pool and King sized beds and TV’s in 4 of the rooms! We avoided using the lovely, canal front, sitting area in the back due to safety concerns for our young grandchildren, but we appreciated the door alarms, and it made a scenic view from the living area and would be an esp wonderful spot for an adult gathering/bbq. 8 adults and 3 young children stayed comfortably with plenty of space for all. This was our first vacation to Anna Maria Island and had a fantastic week at Sunrise Shore. We stayed with 3 families with teenage kids. The property listing is very accurate. We were not planning to cook very much so we weren’t looking for a chef’s kitchen. It’s nothing fancy, but clean and had everything we needed. The main reason we chose it was for the location which is incredible. We thought it was the best location on the island. It’s literally a block from the most perfect sugar sand beach with incredible sunsets. It was also a block from Pine street where all the shops and restaurants are. We could easily walk to most meals and ice cream. We had a big group so each night we would decide where we wanted to eat dinner, put in our name and then walk back when the table was ready. It was such a casual and relaxing week. At one point we got low on propane for the grill and fire table and someone replaced it within the hour. AMI local was very responsive.

We loved our stay at AMI! The house was beautiful and very well kept. We read in the reviews that the house didn’t have much to cook with, that’s incorrect. The kitchen was fully stocked for our group. The pool is small but amazing and the location was perfect. The beach is 5 min walk from the house and Pine Street. We will be staying here again in the next 6 months.

Awesome house! walking Distance to beach, coffee & breakfast and great lunch and dinner spots. All rooms but 1 have a king beds which is great for couples. Pool at the entrance of the house is also super convenient for post-beach dips. Only inconvenience is the alarms, they’re attached to all doors and go off VERY LOUDLY if you don’t hit bypass button EACH time you open one. You also can’t leave door open for more than a minute which made going in and out stressful.

Bedrooms were large and spacious! The walk to the beach was short and easy. Once getting out to the beach it wasn’t overly crowded. The pool was nice! We really enjoyed having the tiki umbrella for easy access to the shade.

The location of this house is perfect! It was clean inside and out. Totally central to the beach, shopping, and the pier. The house is spacious with plenty of room for a large group. The island has an amazing laidback vibe with the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. We enjoyed every moment. The AMI staff was very friendly and professional. The only downside is that there were not many household amenities that are needed for large groups. They only provided one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and 2 dishwasher pods for 13 people for one week! The kitchen had NOTHING other than dishes and utensils. Bring your own salt and pepper, coffee filters, foil, baggies, etc. because the island prices are expensive! They also had no games or extra blankets. I would have packed these things had I known.

The house was clean and had all the basics that we needed. Plenty of towels/beach towels. We loved the wine fridge in the kitchen for extra storage of drinks. Kitchen had all the basics. The back yard was so nice later in the day to get some shade. There are 4 Adirondack chairs and a tiki bar with stools, which weren’t in the pictures when we booked it so it was a nice surprise! The house is on a quiet street and it’s about a block walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful! Check in was super easy and you can text the property manager and they were very quick to respond. Can’t wait to return!

We rented this home for our wedding this week. Our entire family loved it, there was plenty of room, very clean, very close proximity to the beach. It couldn’t have been any better. Everyone loved the pool. The outdoor shower was very handy after visiting the beach. The home came with beach chairs, a wagon, beach umbrellas and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this property. It was a 2 minute walk from an amazing beach, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The house was very well stocked with towels, nice pool with tiki hut and patio area. 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have king beds and one with bunk beds. Everyone made check in and check out easy. Would love to return.

The home and location were excellent. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed including beach chairs! The management team was GREAT.
Being August in Florida, it was fairly hot and we asked AMI Locals if they happen to have a beach umbrella we could use. Not only did they have one they were happy to loan us, but they drove it out to the beach we were at to our delight! They had great communications with us leading up to the check-in and were extremely responsive for the few small items we needed assistance with. Highly recommend this home and would certainly stay at this or another AMI Locals property again.

This was a perfect house for a girls getaway, but would also be good for couples or a family trip. The house was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool was so nice to come back to after a day at the beach! It was located so close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

Property was very neat, clean, nicely decorated and the layout is perfect for 8-10 people. The location is terrific and there's plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles. The heated pool was nice, but it's location next to the street is the only thing even slightly negative I would say about the property. The owner/managers are extremely helpful and very responsive. Great property on a wonderful Florida island!

House was well appointed, pool was clean and warm and the location was fantastic. The AMI team was very responsive when we incurred an unexpected issue with the AC unit. My only recommendation for improvement would be to add patio furniture to the backyard to enjoy the lagoon.

The location was perfect for us. The house is a quick walk to the beach and to the restaurants and shops. We used the pool a lot. Andrea was quick to respond to all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay there again.

Just came back from our 3 night vacation & loved every minute of it. This house was perfect for our family. It was clean, had everything we need & enough room for a group of 10. Easy walk to the beach which is just a block away. We didn’t get to spend too much time on the beach though due to the red tide. Thank goodness the house has a pool! Will definitely be back.

The home was perfect for our stay. Just a short walk to shops, dinner, and the beach! Updated appliances, great washer and dryer, fun beachy decor, and right on the canal. We absolutely loved hanging out in the pool too. Andrea was extremely accommodating and very responsive. The house had plenty of beach and pool toys too, with a beach wagon. Bed sheets were not the most comfortable so I recommmend bringing your own sheets if you are picky about that. We will definitely be back!
