We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. The host was responsive and made the entire process easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting AMI!

Great house. About 7 min walk to beach. Had all you need to get to the beach: wagon, chairs, toys. Plenty of towels, bedding supplies. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooking supplies. Had a tiny hiccup with the hot water heater not working, was fixed in less than a couple hours.

We had a great stay! This house was nothing fancy, but perfect for our family (with young kids) who just needed a comfortable place to sleep. The pool was great and we loved our time on the front covered porch. There were toys and kids books to help keep our kids entertained during downtime. There were also a lot of beach supplies which was such a nice inclusion. Location was a great in between for local spots and beach access was easy to find!

Very easy check in and out process. The pool was great to use and extremely clean. Easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. During our stay, the battery in one of the door pool alarms went low and they quickly sent someone over the replace it.

A large space with many places to sit and relax. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was sufficient. We all agreed the shower water pressure was poor. A short walk to the beach and to the trolley stop. Walking distance to the Freckled Fin and Doctor’s office (Jonathan is a fantastic bartender at Doctor’s). Definitely recommend!

It was a cozy and beachy retreat for our week vacation at AMI. A little walk to the beach. We had everything we needed for the beach and for our stay. We cooked many homemade meals and we had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The backyard was a very nice retreat, it was so tropical and relaxing, we truly enjoyed the pool dips after the beach to refresh. The front terrace was relaxing as well to enjoy reading your bible and a cup of coffee in the mornings. We love the island and can't wait to be back. Great communication from AMI Locals from start to end and met all our needs. Also a plus, was a cute local coffee shop called Coffee Shack walking distance to the house-Great coffee and service. Thanks again!

This house is very charming, I’d say family friendly and quiet area/neighborhood! We absolutely LOVED the pool and all the areas outside to enjoy. Great food nearby and close to convenient shopping.. short drive to the beach, we checked out a few different areas. My only negative was it wasn’t as clean as I would’ve hoped although I do have very high standards. And there was a few things around the home that needed to be fixed, however they did offer to address these issues immediately as I notified them! Great Customer care !! They did also spray for pest and treat the pool while we was there. Thanks for a great stay! We would recommend and stay again in future!!

We had a lovely stay at this rental on Anna Maria Island! Close to the beach and very clean and comfortable for ourselves and another couple, I especially loved being able to walk out from my delightfully cozy bedroom through the sliding glass door and be on the pool deck. I spent many hours in the sunshine with a good book and good conversations with my friends and husband, both by the pool and at the beach! The living space has recently been updated with great care and attention to detail. We cooked in the well-outfitted kitchen and also walked to restaurants with ease from this location. We rented a golf cart for our stay so there was no need to ever move our vehicles once we checked in. Absolutely our dream vacation, we would stay forever if we could. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay in this area! It's a rare gem!
