Welcome to St. Thomas, a fantastic beach cottage boasting two cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. You won't be able to resist soaking up the warm Florida sunshine and feeling the soft, powdery sand beneath your toes at the nearby Gulf beaches. St. Thomas is part of the Saint duplex, where you'll also find St. Barth next door. They share a fabulous patio area with a sparkling pool, a BBQ grill, and plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. You'll never want to leave this dreamy vacation spot!

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a welcoming front patio adorned with tropical landscaping and comfortable seating. The interior boasts a casual family room with a large sofa, TV, and vibrant beach-themed decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cooking essentials to prepare a delicious meal. Just beyond the kitchen, you will find a dining table set for four. Guests can enjoy the refreshing island air on the private patio, accessible through the second bedroom. The patio features a BBQ grill and an outdoor table, perfect for enjoying a meal, drinks, or even playing card games!

The primary bedroom will make you feel right at home with fresh and neat linens on the bed and a TV. The primary ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. In the second bedroom is a King bed, a TV, and plenty of closet space as well as access to the patio. For your convenience, there is an additional bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo, a washer and dryer, as well as a sleeper sofa to ensure your ultimate comfort during your stay.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
