A newly refreshed island style home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, located in Bradenton Beach, on Anna Maria Island. Within 2 minutes you can sink your toes into the white, powdery sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf. Explore the Intercoastal Waterway that is a short distance from the bungalow, where you will find some of the locals favorite restaurants and bars. Rent a golf cart and cruise on down to the north end of the island to visit some of the historical landmarks and AMI City Pier. St. Maarten's Bungalow is one of 4 units that are grouped together and called the "The Saints" which is perfect for multiple families or friends to vacay together, while having your own space.

This beach bungalow is nicely appointed with all the amenities you may need during your stay. The open modern style kitchen and living space makes it a great spot for entertaining or dining at the table that seats 4. Natural sunlight brightens the home throughout. Start by cooking up your catch of the day with the stainless steel appliances and well-equipped kitchen. Better yet if you are more of a BBQ person, a gas grill is available on the outside private patio. The master bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has an additional King bed and down the hall you will find the guest full bathroom and washer/dryer. The home comes well stocked with bath towels, beach towels and linens. Just bring your sunscreen and we got ya covered with beach supplies such as chairs and umbrellas which are used for your enjoyment while at the tranquil beach. After a long day playing in the sand you can take a dip in the relaxing, shared pool that’s also heated for those cooler Florida days.

Feel the island vibes while soaking up all the vitamin-sea and watching mesmerizing sunsets. Take full advantage of the free trolley that runs the span of the island. Island shopping, cocktails, and some of the best seafood you will ever have the pleasure of enjoying are just moments away from this outstanding property.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
