Amazing House & Perfect Location!!
This beach house is spectacular!! We spent a week here for a family trip and will 100% be returning to rent this property again. The house is amazing in every which way - great layout, large open kitchen with very nice appliances, spacious bedrooms, beautifully decorated and a large upper deck to enjoy the ocean views and sunsets. Everything in the house is new, clean, and top of the line. The location is perfect - a very short walk to the beach giving us quick and easy access to go back and forth with kids which was a huge perk for our family since we spend a lot of time at the ocean. Lastly, the pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower were great to have throughout the week when we took a break from the beach. It was one of the best vacations we've been on and a big part of why it was so perfect was because of our accommodations at Sentimental Sunset.

Amazing Home!
Sentimental Sunset did not disappoint. I totally booked this house based on photos and past reviews. The home is located right in the heart of everything but still a quiet location. We had plenty of space. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The only negative is there is absolutely not one spice in the cabinet-no dish towels nothing. If you are going to be preparing any meals know that you'll need to bring salt and pepper and anything else. Also, they have the AC programmed to not go above 74 degrees which we got pretty hot in the evenings. Overall we had a great time and this home was gorgeous!

Highly Recommend
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's in an excellent location, has great accommodations, is stunning and comes with a gorgeous ocean view. LOCATION - it's 1 short block from the beach and close enough to walk back and make lunch. In addition, you have great restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and shops that are within walking distance or a bike ride away. ACCOMODATIONS - everything was new as this house was recently built and the owners left no detail out. Outside hot water shower, adequately sized pool, large hot tub, grill, elevator to speed up unloading/loading, comfy beds, lots of seating inside and out, plenty of storage throughout the house, large capacity washer and dryer, and a well laid out kitchen covering anything I needed to cook multiple meals. STUNNING - I noted earlier the house is stunning and you've picked up on this if you've looked at the pictures. It has a modern beach appeal that is cozy and beautiful! We felt like we were living the high life while staying there:) GORGEOUS VIEW - there is a very large half covered deck on the 3rd level that provides an excellent view of the ocean. You're close enough and the view is large enough that it will tempt you to stay a while. I highly recommend this house and we'll be returning again next year!

20 Year Anniversary - STAY OF A LIFETIME
We booked this house to celebrate our 20 Year anniversary and the moment we stepped through the doors, it was breathtaking. Every inch of this house was stunning and it made our week stay super comfortable. There were two sitting rooms with comfortable couches where we could relax at the end of a fun day. The kitchen was well equipped so we made breakfast there almost every morning. The sundeck on the third floor had stunning views where we were able to watch the sunset in the evening or enjoy our morning coffee. Definite perk was the wagon they provided to haul the beach chair to the beach. The chair were super comfortable and the walk to the beach wasn't very far. We loved the covered pool area to cool off after a hot day in the sun and the outdoor shower was perfect for hosing off after a sandy day at the beach. While were were a little bummed the hot tub wasn't working most of our stay, they got it up and running the last day (the remote batteries were dead) we enjoyed the hot tub on the last evening. The restaurants were all very close to the house which made it perfectly located. This house was a dream and we hope to return to it one day.

Simply the BEST
This house was the PERFECT spot for our getaway! The LOCATION can't be beat, you are so close to the beach, shops, coffee in the morning, and more! Everything is clean and beautifully maintained. The kitchen is the perfect gathering spot with a wonderful deck for outdoor dining. The pool and hot tub are a complete private oasis offering both sunshine and shade. The rooftop deck is the perfect place to soak up the sunshine and watch the gorgeous sunsets with a water view. If it's even possible, the house, pool and views are even more beautiful than the pictures show. It does NOT disappoint! We are already planning our next trip to Anna Maria Island and the Sentimental Sunset house! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!
