This area is amazing, and we can bet that your family will spend the large majority of its time in this space when you're not at the beach.

The 6 Master Bedrooms with full bathrooms are perfectly designed for privacy while you're traveling with other friends and family. They all feature a King-sized bed to ensure that all the adults will sleep comfortably. Then the bunk room, featuring a Twin Bunk Bed w/ Twin Trundle (3 twin beds) is the perfect haven for the kids.

The living, dining, and kitchen are set up as a great room with a very open feel, and it allows everyone to get together in one comfortable space. With the main level balcony located off of the living room with access to the rooftop deck, you'll especially love this room.

Seaside Escape is less than 1 block from the beach, and there are stunning Gulf of Mexico and Bay (Intercoastal Waterway) views from the home, especially the rooftop deck area. Watch the sunset from Seaside Escape, or walk 2 minutes to the beach for the full famous Anna Maria Island experience. The location couldn't be better, and you'll find that you're able to easily ride your bike, hop on the free MCAT Trolley or Monkey Bus to get anywhere you'll want to go without driving anywhere.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
