This beach house is nothing short of amazing. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sand with gorgeous ocean views — and the house itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need.
This house was absolutely perfect for our young family. The kids had no issues napping as there are lots of rugs and curtains to help with noise and sunshine. There is a neighborhood park two blocks away with a kids playground, basketball and pickleball court that was great to use between pool and beach time!
The private pool with slide was the icing on the cake. After a morning at the beach, it was perfect to come back, rinse off, and relax poolside with a cold drink. Whether it was sipping coffee on the rooftop deck watching the sunrise, taking a dip in the pool during the day, or watching the sunset over the water in the evening, every moment here felt like pure vacation bliss.
Exceptional House and we will be back!!!

Great location just 1/2 block to Bradenton Beach. We rented golf carts and were about 5-7 minute golf cart drive from bridge street and 15 minutes from Pine Ave. Highly recommend this house.

We stayed here with 3 families, 8 kids ranging from 8-3 years old. Pool was great, a little small and shaded by vegetation/palm trees but kids LOVED slide and proximity to beach was amazing 2 min walk. There was a little parking lot right at the beach access where we could have parked a golf cart but the walk was so short it would have been a waste. We have stayed at other vacation rental homes with beach toys and there were none here, so we bought some and left them, hope they stay with the home! Also wish there were spices/foil/baggies left, I get its gross to use someone else's left overs but it's also gross to buy a whole thing of salt/pepper for 7 days. Beds were comfy. Salt, restaurant about 4 blocks away was amazing but not for kids! Adults took turns going in shifts :) We took trolley (which has a stop right by the home) and monkey bus to north AMI for dinner at Sandbar and south to Beach House, both of which were great but had long waits during March so get there early especially to sit on beach. Sand, sea shells and sunsets on this beach were second to none. We love AMI and this house was a good one. Thanks for the memories.

Three generations of family members gathered to make memories at this wonderful property. The house exceeded our expectations. There was lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped. The pool was nicely heated. The pool slide was so fun. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Grocery shopping was just minutes away. Restaurants were good too. The people we encountered were very friendly. Overall, we had a great vacation! The only caution would be to be ready to climb stairs.

To start the house is beautiful with beautiful views. We had the best time spent majority of it in the pool! The kids couldn’t get enough of it! The house was very clean and is so accommodating! The location is perfect with a quick walk or even faster golf cart ride to the beach. Has all you need for a beach day and a pool day. We loved it so much! Everything about the actual house and location were perfect. Walking distance from the beach and local restaurants. I just wish they would communicate through the Airbnb app, but seeing as a property management company runs this house they supplemented the app with phone and email. Other than that, the house was in pristine condition when we arrived. The amenities are how they are stated and more. The backyard was where we spent most of our time because of how much fun it was. I would definitely use this property again in the near future.

Only one issue. Floors were dirty. They didnt look dirty or feel dirty but when walking around in your barefeet, they became very dirty. Not a major issue and Everything else was outstanding.

I would have to say that I loved this property and dealing with AMI and their concierge service was awesome. The only negative I have to say about the property was that you had to buy everything from Kleenex (none provided) to trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. They furnished plenty of towels but not enough kitchen towels and supplies, For the price we paid for this rental I was disappointed in the supplies that were provided. Otherwise, the property was beautiful and clean and the property management was quick to respond.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! The location cannot be beat. The house was clean and cozy. We had lots of young ones so the pool was a hit, after coming back from the beach. The adults enjoyed the rooftop deck every night after the littles were in bed. A few recommendations; bring or buy coolers as the kitchen is 3 stories up. There were no kitchen towels or dish rags so we went through a ton of paper towels. Hands down, it was an amazing home and very comfortable for a large family!!

This house is perfect for large groups. It’s very clean, very close to the beach, and the pool area is awesome. Only drawbacks are that there’s only a small water heater to support 7 bedrooms so cold showers for most. Also, wifi doesn’t reach pool area so advertised tv in that area is useless (not that you even need it). We hope to be back soon!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The house is beautiful and in a great location! Very close walking distance to the beach. Plenty of space with so many bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. The kids loved the slide and the hot tub! No big complaints overall except as the reviews before us stated- kitchen is a lot of stairs up from the pool for snacks/ drinks etc. All beds are squeaky. Had some trouble with the outside TV (not a huge deal to us). And the dishwasher needs an upgrade. But overall the house was amazing and would definitely recommend to other families!

Très jolie maison à 2 pas de la plage! Idéale pour un séjour à plusieurs familles, chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain, superbe roof top pour voir le coucher de soleil sur la mer!
Le seul défaut de cette maison est qu’elle est sur 3 étages et que nous avons fait beaucoup d’aller retour entre la terrasse avec le bbq qui est au Rez de chaussée et la cuisine qui est au 2ème étage!

100% agree with previous reviews on ridiculously squeaky beds and steps to the main living BUT the proximity to the beach and AMAZING sunrise & sunsets from the rooftop deck, large kitchen, great pool area with water slide was absolute heaven for us! The Management was immediately attentive to any questions or problems and we actually stayed an extra day because we didn’t want to leave. One of the best vacations we’ve had. Thank you!

This property was great for a large group and a perfect location on the island. There are several stairs so you get your exercise going from pool to kitchen. The kitchen is on third floor so consider when carrying groceries up. The property also has two half baths (toilet and sink) on the second and third floor but that is not listed in the description. The bedrooms are great with the bathrooms attached, however, all beds were very noisy (box springs making them very creaking with every movement), perhaps its time to replace them. The bunk room is perfect for kids, however, the sliding barn door to the room did not have a stopper so a few fingers were smashed. We ended up placing a towel on the bar so it had to stop and not slam any more fingers. The pool, slide and spa were incredible and very warm so the kids never had cold water! Great place to make memories!

Our group of 13 enjoyed our week long stay very much! Pros:The pool was heated nicely (weather was cooler the first few days), plenty of rooms ( loved the king beds and bathrooms with each room), kitchen and living room were spacious, loved the view from the top floor and rooftop deck, beach items (wagon, toys, chairs, towels) were super nice to have. It was so convenient to have the beach so close that we could go back and forth to get items or use the bathroom if needed. Emails and phone calls to AMI were taken care of promptly. Cons (very minor): Ping pong table was in the garage, took us a few days to figure out how to get the hot tub heated just right, dryer over-heated and we had to pull it out to clean out all the lint, lots of steps (kids didn't mind though). The area is so nice, we would love to stay here again!

House was beautiful, pool was heated upon arrival. There was no Foosball table as stated in the listing and the ping pong table was there in the garage but no paddles or balls that I could see. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice for the kids. Over all a great house.

The home was extremely spacious for our group of 12. It was extremely clean upon arrival. While our group did not use the pool, we did thoroughly enjoy the rooftop area to take in the sunshine as well as the view of the water. The only drawback we experienced is that the water heater does not appear to be large enough for number of bathrooms. Many of our house guests experienced cold water due to their showers. Despite that, we would definitely consider renting it again.

We are a family of 11, grandparents to grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed this accommodation. Close proximity to gorgeous beach and the pool area was so perfect. Shade most of the day and a well deserved rest area after hot days on the beach. The grandchildren, ages 6,4,2, and 2 months, loved the slide of course. Not the 2 month old. It was cleaned twice during the week and that was perfect. Anyone who likes a quiet beach vacation with a large crew would like this area and house. One thing to note, there are 32 steps from the entrance to the kitchen on the top floor and would not work for someone with mobility issues. The rooftop deck was great for sitting out in the evening. Book it!

This property is in a fantastic location, just one block from the beach. Sunset views were amazing. The kids loved the pool, the amazing water slide and hot tub/waterfall. The house was spacious and comfortable. The only drawbacks were the lack of a bathtub in any of the many bathrooms (bit challenging with toddlers) and the kitchen could have been better equipped for the nights we decided to cook in. There were also no teaspoons! Overall, a great property - highly recommend!

This is a great home half a block from the beautiful beach. Perfect for 5 families with kids. We were able to enjoy the outdoor space with the pool, spa and slide almost every day and had home cooked meals every night. The layout of the house is perfect, giving families their privacy but at the same time ample space to hang out and entertain in the common areas. The property managers were friendly and quick to respond and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Definitely recommend!

This is a wonderful home. Great layout for a big group. Plenty of space to stretch out while the big dining/kitchen/living and pool area allows everyone to gather in one place. Because of the red tide, we ended up spending a lot of time in the house. We were lucky the house had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this rental to others. Eric is very responsive and flexible. The service he provided went beyond what we've experienced with previous rental owners. We really appreciated that.

This property does not disappoint whatsoever! The pool was the hit of the week. With a five year old and 2 three year olds, the slide was the star of the show! We also had a 7 month old with us and he really enjoyed the splash deck in the pool. We had ping pong competitions all week and spent a good majority of our time in that outdoor area. The shade is wonderful - only a few hours of full sunlight during the peak hours of the day, and otherwise the pool is almost entirely shaded (which is great when you have a bunch of kids who hate putting on sunscreen). The only thing we couldn't use outside was the foosball table - it seemed to be on its last legs and we were nervous if we used it, it would crumble. The house was as beautiful as they look in the pictures. Every room has a king size bed and beautiful bathrooms with showers. The only downfall is that there are no bathtubs so it makes bathing littles a bit tricky. The kitchen was a great size - some of the drawers in the kitchen were broken so had to be a little gentle but otherwise, it worked great for our needs. Eric was super attentive and gave recommendations, brought things when needed (oven mits and a new pool skimmer were dropped off quickly and without question). He was super responsive and kind. We would absolutely come back to this house and Bradenton Beach. The kids loved riding the trolley down to get ice cream, and the beach would be absolutely gorgeous (super soft sand) we just unfortunately arrived at the same time as the red tide, so our beach time was very limited. Thank goodness for the amazing pool! Would recommend a stay at Seaside Escape, for sure!

We celebrated our 50th anniversary at Seaside Escape with our children, their spouses & 5 grandchildren. The house was beautiful & we had hours of fun in the pool. This was our first visit to AMI & can’t wait to return. Thank you for being so great to work with Eric!

This house was perfect for our group of 6 couples looking for a week getaway from the kids. Every couple got there own bedroom with king bed and bathroom, the best part was, all the rooms were beautiful, there was no issue picking rooms because they all were above expectation. We loved the water slide, and the walk to the beach is only a minute, so it’s easy to run back and forth. Kitchen is fully stocked(we caught lots of fresh fish dinners) and the sunset from the rooftop was amazing!

This was a perfect place for two large families (and would easily fit more). All bedrooms and bathrooms are equally lovely. Kids (and teenagers) had so much fun with the slide and spent lots of time in the pool, which was nice and shaded. Two minute walk to a beautiful beach. Roof top balcony was perfect for watching sunrise over the bay, and sunset over the beach. We had a great time and would love to go back.

Our family stayed here for a 50th wedding anniversary. All ages had an awesome time. Long days at the pool, afternoons at the beach, and the best sunsets! We will be back.

We had a wonderful experience from booking to check in with the home owner Erik. Went way out of his way throughout the process. As for the home it was simply stunning. The family loves all the decor and was nice having all the bathrooms! The pool and slide was one of the beat we have ever seen on Anna Maria. We 100% will return to this home!
