Tropical vibes with swaying palms and ocean breezes greets you upon arrival with plenty of parking for your guests. The modern, coastal interior comes to life with natural sunlight, an open layout that flows from one room to the next, and the Florida room with exposed wood beams with window views of the pool area which is the perfect place to relax with a book in hand. The kitchen is stocked with all the culinary essentials and is upgraded with new stainless steel appliances. After a full day of fun in the sun you can cozy up along the sofa with a movie or escape to one of the bedrooms for a mid-day siesta. All the bedrooms feature king beds with crisp bedding and storage for your beach bags. Two of the rooms have private ensuite bathrooms to refresh your senses with a step in shower or soaking tub feature and your third bathroom has guest access from the hallway. Take a dip in the cool pool and enjoy a fresh beverage from loungers after a sun drenched day by the beach.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
