Welcome to Sandpiper Villa, a coastal paradise across the street to the Gulf of Mexico with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This home has a fantastic backyard where you can cool off in the pool, lay out in the sun, have a BBQ, and relax with a cold drink on the connecting covered patio.

As you arrive at your new favorite annual tradition, you will enter through the screened-in porch with wicker chairs, plush cushions, and an outdoor dining table. Inside is a stunning living space with bright furnishings, including a comfy seating area with a TV and a chic modern dining table with seating for six guests. The kitchen offers a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, including a farmhouse sink, and in the cabinets, you will find cookware essentials and utensils.

The spacious primary bedroom is designed like a private suite on the second floor. The primary features a balcony with Adirondack chairs, a work desk, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The downstairs bedrooms have delightful beach decor, TVs, crisp linens, and share a hall bath with an updated walk-in shower. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer right off the kitchen by the backyard; never have a cold beach towel!

The location is fantastic, right across the street from the incredible Gulf Beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are several nearby restaurants and parks that you can walk to, bike to, or even take a golf cart to. Fish with the locals on a charter or at the Historic AMI City Pier, go birdwatching at the nearby preserves, kayak along the stunning bay, and even take a sunset cruise. The possibilities are endless at Sandpiper Villa!

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
