Palmetto Pointe

My family and I just recently finished our 3rd (annual) stay at Palmetto Pointe. Again, it was outstanding. Spacious and clean, well appointed with a fabulous pool area only a half block to the beach, my family thoroughly enjoyed the week spent. My adult kids are already asking for a return. A standout this year was Customer Service Rep Sally. From assisting with our (early) arrival, dealing with a few small issues during the week, to locating my wife's makeup case days after our departure, Sally went the extra distance. I cannot commend her enough... exceptional and among our reasons to return. An terrific experience all around. I highly recommend this fine house.

We had an amazing stay at this house on Anna Maria Island! It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our extended family, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. The location was perfect—just a very short walk to the beach with easy access, making it effortless to enjoy the sand and water. We also loved how close it was to shops and restaurants, making dining and exploring the island a breeze. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house surpassed our expectations. It was huge- in really great shape- all the balconies and crow's nest were wonderful. We were concerned it would be noisy being right off Gulf Dr but that was not an issue at all. We were also concerned there was a newly built house next door that was not on the house pics, but again was not an issue- there are lots of tall palms and vegetation that creates a nice screen. The location to the beach- half block walk- was great! At the time we were there, garage had seven beach chairs, an umbrella and nice beach wagon. We used the pool area ALOT- we actually thought the pictures did not do the pool justice, meaning it seemed larger in person than in the pics and got to at least 5 feet deep. Hot tub was large and did get very hot- which then warmed the pool really well. We also got a good amount of morning to midafternoon sun. Kitchen had a good amount of dishes/cookware and appliances were really nice. We used a number of the bedrooms and all said beds were comfortable. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. We also had golf carts to zoom up to Pine and around the island- would recommend getting carts. A few very minor maintenance issues and AMI Locals addressed very quickly. Would highly recommend this property

This was a beautiful, spacious home with everything we needed to have a fabulous family vacation. We loved everything about the home, including the location! The beach was one short block away, and we could walk to many restaurants, shops and the pier. We would definitely stay here again. AMI property managers were great.

Loved, loved, loved the house! When we arrived it was even bigger and prettier in person. We had a group of people and this place was perfect for kids and adults alike. Check in was easy and that elevator to load up your luggage and send up to the higher floors was amazingly helpful! The pool was perfect and one thing you can’t really see in the pictures is that the shallow entrance is more of a beach walk in which was an awesome surprise. The little bar stools and table by the hot tub were great for the adults and the shelf on the other end was great for the kids. The pool wasn’t super deep either so made it relaxing and great for everyone. The grill is in a perfect spot near everything so entertaining is easy and you don’t feel separated. Heading upstairs the main area was also perfect for entertaining and not separating anyone. There’s plenty of space for sitting and eating and the huge island in the middle was so helpful. All the rooms were great sizes even with king size beds in most. Bright and airy and almost every room has a balcony or walk out- also attached bathrooms! The patios were great places to relax and people watch a bit and the room top was amazing to see the water, watch the sunset and even see a lightening storm off in the distance. The kitchen had almost everything you needed. Only wish was for some simple spices and olive oil for cooking and maybe some extra trash bags, paper towels and dishwasher pods. The house was comfy and felt clean but we did find the floors seemed a little hard to maintain being there for a week so wish there was a provided mop and some cleaning supplies. The garages were great to park the cars and really appreciated the beach chairs, beach wagons, umbrellas and floats whether intentionally supplied or left behind. The walk to the beach was super fast and easy and there’s plenty of little shops and restaurants within 5-15min walks. Would absolutely love to come here again with friends and family and would recommend it to all!

Beautiful house and the location is one block from the private beach entrance. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and small shops are a short walk down the street and Walgreens and Publix is less then a 10min drive. The free trolley can pick you up close to the house and shuttle you around or you can take the “Monkey Bus”, and they just work off of tips (must try). Plenty of golf carts and bikes for rent one block from the house and AMIL can assist with those type of rentals also.
The house was very clean and there is enough room to spread out to get some quiet time when needed. The pool and hot tub was fabulous for relaxing and hanging out anytime of the day. Highly recommended this house for a large group or multiple families.

Outstanding stay! Location was wonderful.-close to restaurants within walking distance and of course the beach. Pool excellent and we had everything that we needed to have a perfect vacation. House is perfect for 4-5 couples or families. I would highly recommend.

My family had an incredible vacation staying at this home. First the home is beautiful and brand new. We especially enjoyed the amazing pool area. Lovely kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The home is also right across the street from the beach and located very close to shops and restaurants. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Also had great tips and communication from managing company. We will be back!
