Just 1 block from the tranquil Gulf beaches that has the best coastline for sunbathing, searching for seashells, or gazing away to the glowing sunsets that are legendary. The location has all the island’s best amenities to offer at your finger tips to dine and shop locally, cruise bike paths, and fishing opportunities from the AMI City pier along the calm bay waters. Whatever you choose, there’s endless fun excursions for the whole family.

Off from the kitchen you have a large dining table that is brightened with natural sunlight from the sliding glass doors that open up to your pool and lanai area. The home comes well appointed with 3 bedrooms designed with pure comfort! Luxury bedding, flat panel tv’s, and plenty of space to stow away your beach bags makes the bedrooms a peaceful place to resort for a mid-day siesta. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds, while your third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk that''s ideal for a family to share with their kids. The 3 bathrooms are spa inspired with bright lighting, vanities, a shower/ tub in one bathroom and the other 2 bathrooms with step-in showers. Sunny days will be well spent by the beach or in your private pool surrounded by a lush landscaped setting where you can soak up the Florida weather on one of the loungers and get your grill ready for a bbq feast!

Venture out on the crystal clear water with kayaking, paddle boarding, local fishing charters, and even sunset cruises. You’re definitely guaranteed to have an unforgettable island experience. *Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
