The only thing I would say needs some updating and attention is the kitchen supplies, utensils, coffee pot, pots and pans etc…. all very worn out for a $2,000 a night home.

Great house for a group of 11 ladies for our annual Girl's Weekend. The size of the house, number of bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for getting ready, relaxing, etc. and no one felt cramped or crowded. The house itself is beautiful, very clean and equipped w/all of the amenities including a beautiful outdoor area w/a fun pool/slide. The only issue that we had with that was remembering to push the door alarm leading to the pool before entering or exiting as it was LOUD (though we understand that it is for safety/code required). Also, seemed to be a lot of mosquitos in the pool area so having bug spray or citronella candles handy is absolutely needed. The rooftop deck was awesome for coffee or sitting out and watching the stars at night. Overall, a 5-star experience and everyone was saying how much they loved it and were talking about coming back with their families!

Beautiful home just across the street from the beach which had awesome sunsets. There also is a wide walking path we used every morning. We were within walking distance to numerous restaurants. The booking was easy & if we had to contact them they were available 7 days a week. Definitely recommend this home.

There were 8 adults and 3 kids staying at the house. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. The living room was just the right size for the adults at night. And the kids could have spent all day, every day in the pool and hot tub. The bonus was that the beach was a two minute walk!

My family enjoyed our stay here while were visiting for a wedding. We had 10 adults and we all enjoyed our own bedroom with our own bathroom. The owner - AMI Resorts - had very good communication and were quick to respond to any questions I had. We did have a couple of email issues - I don't know if it was on my end or theirs. The house was very clean and we had a great time at the outdoor pool and hot tub. We also had a great time at the beach, which is literally a minute walk away. If I had one complaint it would be the beds. They were all pretty squeaky and probably in need of an upgrade. But it's not enough to make it less than 5 stars. It's the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at.

The location is perfect, close to beach, we felt safe staying there. We could walk to restaurants, which was good because there is no where to park. Anna Maria Island was a little to crowded for us. The house is amazing. A few things were a little beat up but that’s always the case in a rental.
Pool was good but gets no sun until late afternoon. Would stay there again.

We had a large group (8 adults and 9 kids), and this property entertained all of us! The location is perfect for viewing sunrises and sunsets (rooftop) and also walking to the beach and Bridge Street. The rooms were large, variety of bathrooms on each level and of course the pool area was phenomenal! We loved the hot tub and water slide. Highly recommended for larger groups who want to experience the island lifestyle.

The house was perfect for us. Great floor plan, nice kitchen ( we like to cook) and the pool area was fantastic. Pool was large and lots of fun, very well maintained. First of all, thank you to the concierge at AMI Locals. The golf cart rental was perfect. But the best of all—The Loaded Kitchen service. Groceries were already delivered and put away when we arrived!! Ocean Breeze was the perfect choice for my family of 13 for the July 4th week. We even had plenty to do while TS Elsa paid a brief visit. AMI Locals were very responsive for a couple of minor things that did not impact our stay at all. The house is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. One point, the pull out sofa in the bunk room has been removed but an air mattress is available to use. We actually did not need the air mattress. Only used the bunk bed and trundle. Perfect location for beach, cafes, and restaurants.

From the point of opening the door for the first time, to the closing of the door for the last time, everything was great! We had 6 adults and 6 children, ages 2 to 12, and the house was absolutely perfect. The common areas are spacious and bright. The bedrooms are nicely-sized with most rooms having a king bed and private bath. The proximity to the beach was excellent, as well as the walking distance to the shops. By all accounts, adults and children, we will be using this location again.

Property and location is amazing. 30 second walk to beach. Perfect size for multiple families. We spent Christmas here with extended family and had amazing time! Only small complaint is the provided beach equipment is not great. Umbrella was broken and chairs were not great. Also, if you like to cook, especially for the large groups that this house can hold, kitchen is not the best supplied. Otherwise perfect!! Hope we can come back! Christine S.

We had the greatest time--in the pool, at the beach, doing our talent show in the spacious living room, cooking huge and delicious meals, taking pics of our family on the roof with beautiful sunsets in the background. There were a couple minor things that needed fixing and AMI Locals and the owners were ove before we could blink. Definitely rent this place, but not too often because we want to be able to come back!

We absolutely loved the property! And we had a fantastic time! It was beautiful and just like it was shown on the web. We did have a couple of small problems, though. However, we were able to contact the property manager and get things in good running order throughout the week. The only problem we did not contact about was the grill did not heat properly and we were unable to use it. But we improvised with the oven in that case. This is a great place to stay with children and they were happy, happy all week. The beach is lovely and the area around was beautiful. We would definitely go back and get the same house again! We loved it!!

The downtown area is a blast! The beaches and bay, opportunities abound. You can have fun all day and night then come back to the envy of the area. The property is amazing! Up, down, inside out. As many TV’s as Bestbuy! Relaxing to the waterfall with an afternoon nap was my favorite! Book it and you won’t regret. You family, guests, customers will know they are special if you treat them to this place, mine did!

We ended up staying here in winter and it was great. Our family group has rented beach houses for decades and this is probably our favorite house of all time. The garage functioning as a rec space with ping pong table was wonderful for those wanting to stay up late but not wake up those who are sleeping, and the swimming pool setup with waterslide, hot tub and pool table was addictive for both kids and adults. Walking to the beach just across the street was a cinch, and walking into town took only 7 minutes, super convenient. The kitchen accommodated everyone beautifully, too. Sleeping the kids in the bunk room with pullout sofa was fun for them all in one room. Minor issues: I agree with previous renters that there should be more than 2 bath towels in each bathroom and we ended up purchasing kitchen towels/washcloths/measuring spoons for the kitchen so that could be stocked a little better. However having beach chairs and plenty of pool towels provided was great. Kiri was always responsive to my texts and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

This vacation home has everything you need! It's beautifully decorated and still smells new! The pool was a HUGE hit with the kids (and adults)! So much fun! Steps away from both the beach and bay and has a beautiful crows nest on top of the home when you can't decide which to stare at!! Definitely recommend this place!!

This home is flawless! Spent 7 days with 3 families and was more comfortable than I could have imagined. Adults and children spent hours in the pool and at the beach. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk, less than 1 block away. Children on the trip ranged in age from 8-18. The pool and water slide were a huge hit with the children and adults. Home Wifi allowed us to work and attend school while on vacation. Shopped at Publix for groceries as it was 2.5 miles away. Plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk. Ate fresh oysters at the oyster bar, highly recommend. The children parasailed which is also within walking distance. This was by far the best week I have had in a very long time. Highly recommend this vacation rental, worth every penny!

The house was very accommodating for our group. It was great everyone had their own bedroom and bath. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. We loved how close it was to the beach and to town. A couple of things with the house could have been better. The 1st night we went to grill, the propane tank was empty. We filled it, but it would be nice to have a back up tank for a house as this. The can opener didn't work, so got one of these. A few more towels would have been nice, but we took turns washing what we had. We liked having the pool table and ping pong table, but they could use some new cue sticks and paddles. These are small housekeeping items, but didn't interfere with our fun for the week. We appreciated being able to spend a week in this lovely home. Thank you for allowing us to spend time there with family.

We had a multi - family visit of 15 people and still had plenty of room. Unfortunately, we must have hit the coldest week on Anna Maria Island for the year but the kids barely minded and there were plenty of other activities to do outside of the beach. The pool and hot tub run on a heat pump and since it was so cold most of the week neither warmed up much until our last 2 days. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Would highly recommend ! We even got a babysitter for two nights out of she received raving reviews from both the kids and adults. She brought her own games and made arts and crafts and cookies with the kids! Dinners out were great and we were able to stock the fridge and do sandwiches for lunch.

We traveled with our 4 kids and their spouses and our two grandchildren and it was the perfect venue! Plenty of space, across the street from a beautiful beach, perfect sunset viewing from the rooftop deck, the pool was amazing. We fell in love with the area and are now thinking of moving here from Santa Barbara!

This place is absolutely amazing!!!! It is everything the pictures show and more! Very clean!! The views are unbelievable! We were able to walk to the beach that was right across the street! We will definitely be back!!!

We had a large group, 6 adults and 7 children. The house handled a large group well. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, as well as, Bridge Street. We enjoyed taking the free trolley to the north end of the island to Pine Ave. (The Donut Experience). The trolley stop is at 6th St. It was also an easy walk to Coquina Beach where they have a Sunday market. The houses are close together, so if you had a noisy neighbor, that could be a problem. There is a noise ordinance in Bradenton Beach. Our rooms in the house were a good size and easily accommodated all of us. The kitchen could have used some more tools, such as, a working can opener, potato peeler, tongs and a pie plate ( which we picked up at the dollar store). We also felt that it would have been helpful if the living room area had had a sectional. Seating in the living room was at a minimum. It would also have been helpful to have a high chair available. Wi Fi was very good. Parking is in the front of the house and we were able to park three cars without any problem. The children and adults loved the pool area, especially the slide. There is a pool table in the pool area, as well as, a television. Pool towels are provided. There was also a ping pong table in the garage. There were beach chairs and beach toys available and also a beach roller cart. Kiri was easy to work with. She answered all of our questions within a reasonable amount of time. We received the code to the house the week of our arrival. Would love to come back to this house. It worked very well with a large family group.

We spent 2 amazing weeks in July in paradise. We fell love with the island and the rental was absolutely fabulous. We couldn´t ask for more. Great floorplan, incredible waterviews from pretty much every single room, large rooftop deck for watching sunsets, „resort-style“ pool with a spa and a slide (kids loved it!!!) and 1 min walk to the beach. Newly built house offered everything we needed – more than enough room for 10 of us (4 kids, 6 adults), fully equipped kitchen, super clean and pristine inside&out, reliable wi-fi indoor&outdoor, fenced-in yard = total privacy, great location within the island and amazing service from the owner. We´ll be definitely coming back soon. Thank you for having us! If you are looking for a family vacation "on the beach", this is it!

We truly enjoyed our time in this spacious, beautiful, fun house! Really close to the beach, nice pool and walking distance to nearby restaurants/bars, etc. Great property!

We had the pleasure of spending a week in this beautiful newly renovated amazing house. It was located steps away from the beach and bay. It offered just about every amenity and whatever was missing was promptly provided. One of the highlights of the week for the children was the fabulous pool and slide located in the backyard. The highlight for the adults was the awesome roof deck which became our nightly hangout, although we did seem to enjoy the pool as much as the children. All in all it was a wonderful house and we would definitely stay there again. Hopefully it will be available again for us next year!
