Marbella Villa 1

You couldn’t ask for a better location with front row view of the beach and a staircase that takes you literally down to the sand. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the patio and the pool and spa were a great break from salt water for our kids. We stayed there as a family of four and the suite was plenty spacious for all of us. We could easily have fit two more people in there and have not felt cramped.
The elevator was not working and we were on the third level, so if that accessibility is important to you, I recommend reaching out to the hosts to find out if it is back up and running.
There are lots of restaurants and shops on the island, many within walking distance, though we rented a golf cart and used that to get around.
We had a great stay at Anna Maria Island. We look forward to returning again!

There's nothing quite like stepping from the property straight onto the sand and ending the day with a Gulf sunset from the patio, Jessica. Only down fall was the elevator was down which is out of the hosts control. Otherwise, was a wonderful place to stay for a week with one of the best views of the ocean and beach which made sunsets perfect.

Our stay was very nice except for the fact that the elevator was not working and my 85yo mother who wears oxygen had to climb many stairs all week to get to the condo. If the elevator were working it would have been perfect.

We booked this condo for a vacation with my mom, husband, and three kids (ages 6, 5, and 2 months). The location was absolutely perfect! The condo is right on the sandy beach with a pool/hot tub in between. There are multiple restaurants within a short walking distance (some offering nightly music). Also notable location to a dollar store and publix- we never left the island after we arrived! It was very clean and the amenities available from AMI locals were very helpful. We requested an umbrella and beach towels that were provided quickly. They also offered some resources for our newborn (pack and play, etc). AMI locals was very proactive. We received many messages about check-in/out and during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We are looking forward to booking again in the future! This rental is truly a gem!
