Welcome to Making Waves, a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located just 2 minutes from the emerald coast of Bradenton Beach. This home is designed with beach decor, cool hues, a modern kitchen, and sleeps 10. Fantastic location where you can walk everywhere! Close by to the vibrant scene at Bridge Street that offers waterfront dining, shopping, a pier, and marina. 1 minute walk to the AMI Trolley stop where you can enjoy a complimentary scenic ride across the 7 mile island without needing to drive. From sunrise to sunset take part in the many water adventures from kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or rent a boat to explore the nearby islands. You’re going to love the island life!

Arrive to paradise where the ground floor has a spacious den with an extra sleeping area and an entrance to the covered outdoor area and pool! Upstairs is the main living level that highlights an open great room with an abundance of natural light and Gulf views. Plenty of cushy sofa seating to sit back and watch a movie in the living room. When you’re not out indulging fresh seafood at the local eateries, you can enjoy a home cooked meal from the gourmet kitchen. A well equipped kitchen that is designed with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and has a kitchen island w/ stools perfect for those morning coffee talks. Gather around at meal at the family sized dining table next to the kitchen that seats 8 anytime of day.

Three well appointed bedrooms plus a den featuring a daybed w/ trundle for additional sleeping arrangements provide a serene space to retreat to after a day exploring the coastal barrier islands. On the 2nd floor you have the primary bedroom that highlights a king bed, mounted flat panel television, space to stow away your beach bags, bedside tables w/ lighting, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious granite vanity and glass enclosed step-in shower. Your second bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite step-in shower and your third bedroom is setup with a queen over queen bunk that’s ultra cozy! The guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo is accessed from the hallway.

Spend your days riding the waves and building sand castles by the glistening Gulf, then end your day to a refreshing plunge into your private pool. The backyard space is fenced in with tropical landscaping, lounging chairs, and an outdoor seating area with a flat screen tv. Set out and discover the islands hidden gems, head over on the trolley to the North End where you can shop along Pine Ave, fish with the locals at the Rod-n-Reel, and grab a scoop of ice cream from one of our favorite creameries before heading to the beach to watch the legendary sunsets. Endless fun-filled excursions for the whole group! This is the perfect place to call home on your family's next beach getaway, so get your bags ready for an unforgettable island stay!
