The white sand beaches Anna Maria Island is famous for are just steps out your front door and down your own private path. A short stroll gets you back to the house for a quick snack or a drink refill, making spending a day at the beach a breeze! The backyard is its own special oasis with a heated pool, hot tub, TV, seating and plenty of shady places to keep you cool on those hot summer days. You can even challenge each other to a game of corn hole with the custom painted boards provided for your use.

Entering the home, you'll find a marvelous view of the Gulf from the living area through three sliding glass doors that lead out to the second-floor balcony. On the balcony, two pub tables under a lovely pergola are the perfect place to relax and take in the soothing sounds of the ocean waves, morning, noon or night.

Offering more than a gorgeous view, the living room also has two flat-screen TVs, comfortable seating for seven and a wine nook. The dining table is positioned to take advantage of the view as well and accommodates up to eight diners under a lovely, jellyfish inspired chandelier. Moving into the kitchen you'll find state-of-the-art appliances, including a glass cook-top, dishwasher, wine cooler and ice maker.

Take the elevator up to the third floor, enter the master bedroom and take in the view yet again. Sliding glass doors lead out to your own private balcony, making you feel like you can take flight and soar out over the Gulf. With a TV and full ensuite bathroom, this master suite is truly amazing.

Also on the third floor, you'll find two more bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and double trundle - sharing a spacious Jack & Jill bath with double sinks. Venture down the stairs and past the kitchen to the fourth bedroom, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bath.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
