Island Pearl Oasis

Had a really nice stay at the house, lots of room and was very clean. However, for almost $7k a week, it being hosted by a company and not an actual owner you could definitely feel the difference. We had just come from an owner owned Airbnb two days earlier and the care and communication between the two was very noticeable. For less cost, the previous house owned by a family left amazing touches throughout the house, gift basket, toys for the dogs, all the cleaning products and supplies we could ever need. But at this company owned Airbnb it cost a lot more, they had only a limited few hotel sized travel bottles of personal hygiene products, two pods for doing laundry and dishes, no counter spray for cleaning, one roll of paper towels and many other things like that. We had to go out and buy all those things. There were no staples in the cupboards, oil, sugar, spices etc… we’ve stayed in over 18 houses through Airbnb and we will only rent through private owners. Nice house tho!

Our middle son who is 19, ships off to Marines boot camp July 19th 2025. He wanted to come to Anna Maria which is his favorite place to enjoy one last trip before “having to be told what to do for the next 8 years” . We absolutely loved the house. It was more than what the listing said to be honest. Everything was beyond spotless. I am an extreme clean freak and everything was perfect. The pool, patio, and all the games were an absolute hit with our family. Walking distance to the beach couldn’t have been more perfect. This house seriously felt like home. We were so comfortable. While out one evening our son actually ran into some friends of ours from back home what we had bragged about Anna Maria to for years and they booked their summer trip down - it was fantastic- they hung out with us at the house and absolutely loved the house. Their kids loved the pool and how spacious the house was. The staff was friendly and so easy to get ahold off as well. We were beyond pleased with everything. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience and this opportunity to spend time with our son.

This house was in a perfect location and had everything you could want and more. This is the first time our family flew to vacation instead of loading up all our beach stuff. Amazing house, amazing property, with access to the trolly and access by walking to the beach. close enough for little kids to walk to the beach or there was golf cart parking right at the beach entrance we went to so that was perfect. would stay here again for sure! house had beach chairs, beach toys, beach cart. great place!!!

Excellent location. Lovely common living area inside to relax. Nice big kitchen. Beautiful outdoor space. Family of 6 adults each had our own bedroom with baths which allowed for privacy. Only comment would be to bear in mind the 2 large flights of stairs. First flight of stairs to access main living area and second flight to access additional bedroom and bath. Overall, a very lovely home.

House was just as beautiful as the photos. Well stocked with utensils and everything you need. Beds were comfortable, clean and every room was just as nice as the last. The sitting area on the 3rd level was a great chilling spot for kids. The outside area was fantastic for kids and adults will definitely be visiting again for more family memories. Thank you.

Is an amazing house, location is perfect! The only thing I will suggest is to please update the mattresses, they are very soft plus they sound all the time if you move.

Overall, the house is fantastic. Perfect location and perfect set up for a family. If I had to change just a few things it would be to notify guests of the fire hydrant in the middle of the driveway... it’s a hazard and super inconvenient. The landscaping around the pool really needs to be cut back. Leaves from the trees are constantly falling in the pool and there are dead palm fronds laying around. Other than that, we enjoyed every moment. Plenty of towels available in the house and it was surprising to see so much beach equipment!

This house was absolutely amazing! Beautiful and sparkling clean! I loved the decor. Bed Pillows could have been more comfy and pool warmer (we had a chilly week) but exceptional house overall!! Location perfect. I would definitely return again and recommend this house to anyone!

Além disso Anna Maria é um local aconchegante e muito bonito !
Apenas duas ressalvas, o quarto superior parece ser mais quente que o restante da casa, não há facilidade em mexer no controle central do ar, foi necessário um técnico para corrigir o problema da temperatura, e os equipamentos de praia (cadeiras e guarda sol) não estão em bom estado! Observações pequenas que não tiraram o brilho da nossa hospedagem.!

The whole process was smooth, from booking to check out to our stay. The house was amazing. The pool and outdoor area was so fun. Short walk to the beach. You do have to cross a fairly busy road to get to the beach (that was our only con of the stay). We loved it and would stay again!

This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island and our family loved it! The property location was within walking distance to the beach and when we weren’t enjoying the beautiful beach my kids had a blast swimming in the pool! The home was beautifully decorated and well equipped. Only request would maybe be more comfortable beach chairs. They sat very low on the ground. We rented a golf cart and bikes for the week to get around the Island and had no need for use of our car! Andrea was very helpful with any questions I had and was prompt to reply. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

Excellent house in a great location. Pool and hot tube were great and private. Space was more than ample; we had 3 adults and 4 kids and one bedroom wasn’t even used. Everything appeared cared for for the most part. We’ll definitely consider if we come back to Anna Maria Island.

My friends and I stayed here for 5 days and had an amazing experience. The location was my favorite part about this house, we were a 5 minute drive to a large variety of convicene stores and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Andrea could not have been more helpful in making this trip a special one! The rooms and the pool were spotless when we arrived and a cleaning crew came twice during the week to keep it in great condition.

I could not believe my luck when after searching for nearly a month for a home to fit our needs, this one came available on a Sunday night after concluding a 2 week Christmas/New Years vacation for the prior renter. I checked out the pictures, prior reviews and without hesitation, I booked it! Kiri was quick to respond to my reservation, and always responsive to my questions leading up to our arrival and once we arrived and were settled. The house was clean, the pool was warm and the slide was a huge hit with not only my 11 year old son, but with my teenage daughter and her soccer teammates that were staying with us (ages 17+). The beach is just a quick 5 minute walk and I enjoyed a couple of sunrises with my toes in the sand as well as one morning from the rooftop. When we weren't in the house, we were at the soccer fields so I cannot speak much to the surrounding area in terms of entertainment options and such but the house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The fact that each bedroom had its own dedicated full bath with glass enclosed shower was a huge plus given the girls all wanted to get cleaned up after a long morning/afternoon at the fields. The 11 of us that stayed had a great time and I could definitely see us coming again soon. Thanks, Kiri!

This is a fairly new house in a great location. Actually 4 full bedrooms and a Master suite on the third floor that is a bed/bath combo that opens to a room with two bunk beds. It was perfect for my large family that came in shifts over the course of the month. Very close to private and public beaches. Walk to both. The pool and water slide were a hit with the kids. There were a couple of glitches with the house that were rectified quickly by Kiri, who manages a number of properties for the owners. It is fairly well equipped, but could use a few more cook and serving utensils and and some new beach chairs. All in all a great place to stay. Our Bernese loved that it was pet friendly, although the beaches are not. If you visit Anna Maria, consider this great rental. Thank you Kiri for all your help.

We came to Florida for a family vacation. This home was fantastic and had everything we needed. Close to the beaches and small shops and Anna Marie Island is beautiful. This was our first time on Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach. We were intrigued by this home and it did not disappoint. For our large family, the beautifully decorated home was perfect! It was large enough for everyone to have their own space (including our own bathrooms), but also cozy enough for tons of family time. The pool area is beautiful and the kids loved the slide and waterfall. We spent a ton of time in the hot tub (as it was a bit cool the week we were there) and loved the way the pool lit up at night with multiple colors. We even had a ping pong tournament one night in the basement - which was a ton of unexpected fun! It is a quick walk to the beach and truly this house has everything you need. We brought chairs, umbrellas and sand toys and did not need them as the garage has a good supply already. I cannot say enough about the home and decor - very modern, yet "beachy" feel and extremely comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for a large group! I highly recommend and would definitely come back to this home or stay at any property that Kiri owns! Kiri was very responsive to any needs, she stopped by to drop off extra towels and even shipped something to us that we left behind. Truly a great family vacation and lots of wonderful memories made. We stayed at this home for a Sunday to Saturday. We loved the location. We accessed the island using the free trolley system daily. We walked directly across the street to the beach. We had 4 adults, 4 teenagers, and 2 younger kids and all of us were comfortable. The house was clean upon arrival. The pool was clean and there were beach towels, buckets/shovels for the beach, and pool toys. We would definitely stay in the home again if it was available.

First time to Anna Maria Island. We were two families with a mix in kids ages of 8-13. The house and pool are amazing, especially if you have children. It was tough to get the kids to the beach as they loved the pool so much and spent hours and hours in the pool. Pictures are all accurate and when we had our only issue of the week, Kiri and the team were very attentive and helped get it fixed ASAP. We loved the island and the house is literally a quarter mile from the beach and you have the option of going to the very busy public area of Holmes beach or crossing the street and going to a much quieter less crowded area. We went almost every evening and watched the sun set which was beautiful. I'm in the travel business and understand first hand the importance of accurate reviews. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed in the home and location. And if you haven't traveled to Anna Maria before it's beautiful with plenty to do for everyone. We enjoyed most using the grill and relaxing in the evening at the house. Would definitely stay here again! And you won't be disappointed if you choose this home.

I read the reviews, looked at the pics, spoke to Kiri before arrival and we still weren't prepared for how amazing this house would be. The house I originally booked fell through one day before arrival. Miraculously, this house was available. Kiri is spectacular. She was professional, kind, reassuring, helpful, responsive, and warm. Due to the unexpected issues, I was on edge with this being a family of eleven Xmas getaway and possibly not having somewhere to stay. However, Kiri made the process soooo easy. I can't thank her enough. As for her fabulous house, the pics don't do it justice. It was so nice to be in such a well appointed home and feel so comfortable. The accommodations are well thought out. There were numerous pots, pans, bakeware considering this is a vacation home. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Even the extra open area with a pullout bed had a private bathroom . The kids absolutely loved the outdoor area. Pool with a slide... just steps from the grill for the adults. Our family vacation couldn't have turned out any better..... how could I forget to mention the rooftop with a view of the beach that's within walking distance. Thank you for an awesome Christmas!

The pictures don't do this house justice! It is absolutely stunning with nothing but high-end finishes in every room. Each bathroom is like a spa retreat. House is stocked with luxury bath towels, kitchen items, pool towels, beach equipment including chairs, umbrella and beach cart. Very short walk to the beautiful clear water beach, although you might not want to leave the gorgeous pool and patio area! Sunsets on Anna Maria are breathtaking. I am so glad we vacationed here and chose this house. You won't be disappointed!

Everything about this home is ideal! It's located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and a shopping center. It was obviously professionally decorated in a tasteful beach theme and was very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and are spectacular! Kitchen was fully-equipped and was fantastic! The pool includes a waterfall, hot tub and waterslide, which would rival any high-end resort! TV's in every room, including outside by the pool! My family had one of our best vacations and this house was an integral part of it. I would definitely recommend!
