Beautifully decorated, spacious, amazing views, great host communication, quiet beach not overly crowded despite being very close to public beach. Large outdoor deck was fantastic. Bedrooms are large, beds and linens extremely comfortable but no dressers. Large tvs in every room. Great water pressure in showers. Master bathroom sink pressure should be addressed. In unit washer/dryer convenient. Walking distance to grocery store, surf shop, and several restaurants. No bike rack. Only 6 units so pool feels private. Beach shower is in the sand so that isn’t ideal, should be paved but looks new so that may be coming. Kitchen is fully stocked. Unit has separate ice maker and water filter in fridge. The only drinkware not in the kitchen that would be a nice add are insulated yeti-style cups so had to purchase those. There’s a large beach cooler in the storage room but a smaller collapsible cooler would be nice. The beach closet is fully stocked with nice beach chairs and a few beach toys. There was not a tent but we brought our own. There is not an elevator, unit on second floor, lots of stairs. Wasn’t bad but could be an issue for some. Check-in smooth. There are several codes which was tricky but communication was outstanding and resolved quickly even at midnight when we arrived. Starter packs are just that. Nothing else left over (trash bags, plasticware, etc.) so you have to buy/bring all that. Would highly recommend as nicest unit overall we've had on AMI. Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, and we especially enjoyed watching the ocean every day from the living room. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The cast-iron skillet was a pleasant surprise, and the cookware was truly nonstick, making meal preparation easy. We also loved the ice maker at the coffee bar, a small touch that made a big difference during our beach days.The storage unit was stocked with everything needed for a day at the beach, which was incredibly convenient. The condo is close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Anna Maria Island has to offer.We would definitely stay here again. Waking up to ocean views every day is hard to beat, Kristin! It sounds like Island Paradise #6 by AMI Locals checked all the boxes for a relaxing island escape. We love hearing that the little details stood out from the well-stocked kitchen and coffee bar ice maker to the beach gear ready for your adventures in the sun. Those thoughtful touches can make vacation feel that much easier. There's something special about being able to spend the day at the beach, then come back and enjoy the view right from the living room. We absolutely loved this pace. The condo was modern, clean, and so close to the beach. It was nicely put together and the appliances were great! The views were spectacular and we could watch the sunsets from our living room with a glass of wine. We are already looking at future dates to rebook.

This condo was amazing! View of the gulf was gorgeous, so clean, beautifully decorated, great view from the balcony with patio set, and very well stocked. David was our contact with AMI locals and was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was warm and the beach was just steps away with an outdoor shower to rinse off. Publix was an easy walk and so was Manatee beach and shopping and a few restaurants. Trolley stop was a short walk also. We loved the location on the island too. This was our second visit to Anna Maria and we would definitely like to stay here again!

This is a beautiful 3rd floor (top of the building) condo. It's a tiny complex that is quiet and well maintained. The pool was chilly -but that's as to be expected in December/January. No hot tub FYI. Excellent ocean view from the living room! The management company responded immediately to questions and resolved a plumbing issue within an hour of our text.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was mostly clean, except for dustiness in the back bedroom. There is no elevator, but we were used to the stairs by the 2nd day. The location is perfect. It's walking distance to the grocery store, drug store, bars, great restaurants, and the free trolley. It's an easy walk to the beach. And you can see the sunrise from the balcony and partial sunset from the living room window. The listing and pictures are accurate. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit is very clean and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. It's small but doesn't feel cramped. It was easy to get around this property since it's smaller - a bonus! Laundry is on every floor, which is also a bonus. There is an app to use the washer/dryer so no need for cash or change. There were beach chairs in the closet which was a nice surprise! We would stay here again for sure.

Our family has stayed in this condo several times but they just updated the interior and it is absolutely gorgeous! Modern and clean, amazing views of the ocean, and so convenient to the pool, the beach, and the whole island with all of it’s great beach front restaurants. Very family friendly area but we found it to also be quiet even with families and kids around. The dishes and linens are of a very nice quality and the beds were super comfortable. King beds in every room! Most everything you need was provided though the kitchen could use a few more items if you plan on cooking there a lot. When the ice maker and garbage disposal weren’t working, they sent someone to take care of it within a couple days. We had asked for an extra blanket as there were only thin cotton comforters on the beds and they said they couldn’t provide that (?) but they did bring us some mixing bowls when we pointed out that there weren’t any larger bowls/plates for mixing or serving. The staff were available by text and responded quickly and proactively made themselves available by checking with us just after arrival. I highly recommend this condo and Anna Maria Island!

We stayed here with 4 teenagers and we all had an amazing time! The condo was the perfect size and the view of the beach was amazing. The pool was nice and warm and the beach was easy to access! Highly recommend

From the moment that we rented the property, to the check in experience, to the checkout experience, it was perfect. The property is absolutely beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. I would highly recommend this property. The stairs may be a little difficult if a person was older but for our family it was great.
