Island Hideaway was a fantastic beach rental. Being centrally located to all the island has to offer and just steps away from the beach made this the perfect beach vacation. The unit was perfection and the pool was such a game changer to enjoy the hot Florida sun and starry nights. Working with Prime Rentals AMI was effortless and efficient from start to finish.

Beach was a couple minute walk down and very nice. House was perfect for the two of us for a week and had everything we needed to grill out and cook a Thanksgiving dinner for 2. Would stay again given the opportunity.

The unit was just as it was pictured-the pool had a nice patio table and chairs set not pictured. It was charming and seems well maintained. We had a very positive experience. The unit was very clean. We found only minor items that needed attention. The garbage can was missing a proper lid (we had to cover it with a makeshift lid to avoid insects) and the washer needed sanitizing. More basic items would have been helpful (more than 2 rolls of toilet paper).Other than that, they were extremely responsive to our needs. We would readily stay there again.

This house was perfect for my husband and I for the week. Super close to the beach and the private pool was a lifesaver in the July heat! We rented a golf cart and drove everywhere around the island. The beach access is right down the street and we were surprised to find a parking spot every day. We were supplied with plenty of bath towels and pool towels. The mattress could be a little more comfortable, but other than that the place really is beautiful and we couldn’t have been happier. We said when we left this rental would be hard to beat!

Very nice week stay at this cute cottage! Full kitchen, laundry room, big shower, & only a quick 2 block walk to the beach. Private back yard is a plus with a pool, lounge chairs & a grill. Only problem we had was with air conditioning, but they came out right away to fix it. We would recommend to family & friends & definitely stay for another visit!

Home was very nice and clean. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided. Pool area looked nice although we did not use it. The home is located on a quite street. Easy walk to the beach.

It was like a little cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the private pool and the water was so warm and relaxing. Liked that it was only a short walk to beach and in evening to see sunsets. Kitchen was well equipped. Shower was wonderful. Has a grille, outside shower too. All in all a perfect choice for a winter getaway for us. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was exactly as described in the pics. The area is breathtaking; even during the coldest winter days, we managed to relax and enjoy our time. The heated pool was a highlight for my 5yo, making us feel right at home. However, there were a few issues: 1)The waste & recycle collection was problematic. Instructed to leave bags at the curb without a green bin, they were ripped apart by winds and birds, which was frustrating during our vacation. 2)An AC service was arranged without my request, causing a 2 hours wait that interfered with our plans. Our stay was amazing! The private pool and fenced in yard was luxurious! The location is perfect, in a quiet, nice neighborhood. we traveled the whole Island on a golf cart. The only thing that was slightly annoying was the alarm button we had to push to get in and out of the back door leading to the pool. On the second day we were pros at it, 😀no big deal. Will definitely book this again, perfect for a couple! Communication was excellent with management, can’t wait to book again!

We loved the property, it is conveniently located, clean and well equipped for the two of us. We had a minor issue with a shower door and the management company was quick to respond and had it resolved the same day.

Stayed here for a week with my wife. Great place. King Master Bedroom. Bathroom can be entered from living room and bedroom (two doors). Full Kitchen and all amenities you would need. Outdoor private yard was a gem. Heated (very warm) pool with a table to read/have a drink in the pool. Walking distance to many restaurants and 3 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend

My family of 4 enjoyed this rental very much. The island is beautiful. We discovered the beach on the north end near Bean Point is the prettiest but the water near the rental was nice too. It’s comparable to the beautiful waters of Destin especially up at Bean Point. The home was small but adequate for us. We did have an issue with the pool alarm initially as we had never stayed anywhere with a private pool. That’s the only part of our check in that was bumpy. Make sure you use that “bypass alarm” button. Complex management was very responsive and helpful. The walk to the beach is easy especially with the wagon. We would definitely stay again.

We found the cottage spotless, cozy and charming, perfect for two people. The location was so close to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet in February. There were plenty of fresh towels. It appeared to have been renovated (bathroom, paint, windows, appliances etc) not long ago. Kitchen cabinet doors show age. The pool is delightful when the weather is warm. We had five days of chilly weather so the pool heat pump couldn’t keep up. We would definitely stay here again, but not in February because we come to Florida for warm weather.

We had a wonderful stay in Anna Maria Island for nearly two weeks over the holidays. The house was located only a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and another 5 minutes to many restaurants, and fun outdoor spots with live music.
The places itself was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and had a beautiful (and nicely heated) pool. We look forward to returning next year to this rental or another one of their properties.
Check in was super easy, and they texted back within minutes if we needed anything.
