Breathtaking Views from Living room and rooftop!

We absolutely loved this home. We have rented from this owner before and love their homes but this was in a different location then we were used. The owner convinced us and we love it!!!  We loved the beach house restaurant was so close. Also Bridge Street is a blast always something to do.  And a marina a block away and a kids park next door and private tennis!  We now consider Bradenton Beach the real Anna Maria!!!  This is a must try home! We really had a great family vacation and will return.

Location, Location, Location.

Three families rented this for our spring break. It was the perfect house for us. The location is fantastic! It's a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.  Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. They are shaded which makes for a nice break from the sun. They also enjoyed the crow's nest up on the roof which had a fantastic view of the ocean and the town of Bradenton Beach. We also made use of the grill. The two teenage boys also loved the pac man machine.  The adults loved sitting in the upstairs living room. From there we had a fantastic view of the beach. The kitchen is a good size and we cooked several meals there. There are also lots of great restaurants within a few blocks.

 

The house manager, Ashley, was very attentive. We had one minor issue and it was fixed immediately.

Gulf View
The home is above anything I have ever rented! The company AMI couldn’t have been any better. They helped with anything I had questions about. Please don’t go to the beach through the neighbors yard go around. The owner called to complain about our party using his yard and we never did. There is a park behind the home is where I think the walkers came from. Like I said this is home is unbelievable and I would highly recommend it.

Great house! Perfect location- will return!
We had a fantastic vacation and will Return again! Truly just as pictured- no deceptions! Pros: LOCATION!, Property Manager extremely responsive and helpful, large house with plenty of room, fantastic views, beautiful outdoor space! Cons: beds aren’t the greatest-very noisy. We also had some issues with the pool not heating up. Overall we would highly recommend and we plan to return!

Perfect location, great views, great house!

After arriving to Anna Maria and finding that our initial rental, not associated with this rental, did not match it's description, I reached out to Ashley to see if we could stay at this home. She replied VERY quickly and told us we could. She set everything up so that within an hour, we were in this new rental. Upon arriving, we found a very clean property perfectly situated near the action of Bridge Street. The views and accommodations were incredible. Our children loved the pool and many balconies, as did my wife and myself. We had a very minor issue with the air conditioning on the second floor and it was remedied incredibly quickly with no interference to our short family vacation. The house was equipped with towels for the pool, towels for each bathroom, pillows, and a starter set of soap. We had a great time and made some great memories thanks to Ashley and her quick response to get us into this house. We would definitely rent this property again!

Love, love, love this beach house!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Bradenton Beach vacation home! We had 13 guests and this house and location was perfect for us! The house is absolutely gorgeous and looks just like the pictures!  We would most definitely stay here again!

Heavenly Weekend
The Gulf View Beach house was an absolutely wonderful stay! The three levels, five bedrooms and living areas provided my family of 9 a comfortable stay. The 3 leveled walkup house was clean and included everything we needed from beach supplies, kids games, to kitchenware for convenient living. The walk to the beach was exactly 5-mins (this includes walking with small children). The street that needs to be crossed to get to the beach was not big but a bit busy. There were also multiole areas in and outside the house to relax and enjoy being with the family the beach life. There was only one issue of a bedroom and the top level bathroom not having locks that were a bit worrisome. However, Amanda the property manager was quick to support our other needs and the weekend worked out well! I would come back to this property and recommend it to friends and family in a heartbeat!
