The house is well equipped and very centrally located, with the beach just a short walk away. Overall, it’s a great spot. However, the outdoor areas could use more attention: the terrace furniture (tables, chairs, and counter) was very dirty, and this was also the case in the pool area and the outdoor space by the living room. Overall, I would give the place a 7 out of 10.

We have rented this home for the second time in 2 years. Loved every minute of it. GREAT location to everything, beach, shops, bay, etc. Home is top notch, greatly appointed, with nothing you will need for your family. Our family loved the house. All the kids had lots of room to have fun. All the shops on Pine are walking distance and beach. You really don’t need a golf cart or need to drive. Pool area is very private. All the beds are clean and comfortable. Shower pressure is very good. This house overall is amazing we will definitely stay again.

Our family loved the house. All the kids had lots of room to have fun. All the shops on Pine are walking distance and beach. You really don’t need a golf cart or need to drive. Pool area is very private. All the beds are clean and comfortable. Shower pressure is very good. This house overall is amazing we will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here. There was 9 of us (ages 7-68). And we had plenty of space. The house is way bigger than it looks in the photos. The amenities were incredibly nice and loved the open floorplan. The beds were super comfortable. It was great when all of us could fit on the huge couch at night and spend time together. The bonus was the ice machine in the outdoor kitchen! So convenient to have. The location of the house is unmatched. We learned the island gets really busy near the south end, so it was great to be situated on the north side. It was a quick walk to the beach in either direction. We had a hard time finding parking spots for the golf carts, so a lot of the time, we would drop the group and stuff off, take the carts back and then walk to the beach. It's also right off Pine Ave where there are cute shops and great places to eat. It was the perfect spot for our first family vacation (and first vacation for my parents!). My dad said he could have easily spent more time and wasn't ready to go back home. Coming from him, that's a huge win! :)

Well located with lots of space for everyone. The hot tub was a favorite on the cooler days. Just a block from several coffee shops, great burritos and a late night bar. The golf cart was great!

"Absolutely fabulous! This beautiful home was perfect in every way for my husband and I and the dogs. The house is filled with light, beautifully furnished, and everything used in the house is of the best quality. The kitchen is a cook's dream,. utensils, pots and pans-more than enough to satisfy any cook-I am a cook and I was in heaven!! The pool and outdoor kitchen were AMAZING!!!!! I would highly recommend this property.

Location and property were great! The only thing I would say is the kitchen needs more cookware. Being not able to go out to eat with large group, we stayed in and cooked every meal. With a nice big kitchen, pots/pans, mixing bowls, Tupperware etc should be available for guest that want to cook.

The place was very spacious, clean and modern. The backyard, made to look like an oasis, made the vacation that much more special and relaxing. After having to change locations for vacation due to a hurricane, we stumbled upon this place and jumped on it as it looked perfect for what we needed. With 7 adults and 2 toddlers, this was the perfect location and a great house! Only suggestion would be to have a small vacuum.

We had a lovely stay in Anna Maria! Our nightly walks to the beach to catch sunset were a must. The house was great for our four families! It was nice and clean, pool was nice, and there was plenty of space for everyone. If you have little kids I highly recommend renting a golf cart. Although the beach is only four or five blocks away, it was nice to have to carry things and transport the kids back and forth. There are local shops of all kinds and restaurants also walking distance. This house was in the perfect spot between everything.

This is a very spacious and roomy house with close proximity to the beach. The house was new with just some minor issues like the breaker popping in the kitchen several times a day and loud construction going on next-door. Otherwise just a really enjoyable stay. Would be nice if the management group would put a few supplies in the kitchen like salt n pepper, etc. All in all a great place!

Our family couldn’t have enjoyed this house more. Wide open kitchen/living room/dining area. Nice bedrooms, all with bathrooms. Great pool. Because it is a brand new house, we have a few suggestions.: more trash cans; more hooks in closets and bathrooms; one of master bathroom mirrors not up; a clock somewhere would be nice; ties for living room curtains; a rubber spatula; no screwdrivers or tools. The last one would have been helpful because the foozeball (sp?) game was set up entirely wrong. Two of our guys took it apart and put the players in the right positions so the game can now be played! We also bought some sand toys for the house, as we had some young children and there were none. Also bought some muffin tins and a couple of other items we left there for other guests to use. A+ stay. Thank you for allowing our family to stay in this beautiful home!

This home is brand new and is very beautiful. It was fantastic to stay in this new home for our family vacation. It had everything we needed plus we were so close to Pine Ave. The walk to the beach was 2, 3 minutes tops and the home even had beach chairs and a beach cart for us to use. We were very happy here. The management company, AMI Locals, were so helpful. We will definitely be back soon!
