The property was amazing. Anything you could possibly need was there and available. The golf cart made getting around easy, however, the house was so breathtaking that there wasn’t much desire to leave. The park across the street and the SkyWay Bridge lit up at night was breathtaking. My only complaint was the number of vendors/ workers that came. We were there less than 24 hours and 3 workers came. We were told that one was coming to replace a smoke detector as he was in the drive way. I accepted that as it was a safety issue. But as my 14 year old and her friend laid out by the pool the following day, the pool crew came in to do their service and they were followed by the lawn crew. It was a little unnerving. Perhaps scheduling things like that in between check outs and check ins would be easier. And if that is not possible, perhaps giving some advance notice would help. The house itself was a dream and I would recommend it to anyone anytime. I

This beach house rental was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home was spotless upon arrival—truly one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was thought of, from fully stocked essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms to cozy linens and beach gear ready to go. It was clear that the hosts went above and beyond to anticipate every need, which made our stay stress-free and incredibly comfortable.
The location was unbeatable, just steps from the sand, and the home itself was both beautifully decorated and welcoming. We felt at home right away and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing vacation.

This home is luxury at every turn. Very modern and everything was top end. Review from a local: Beautiful view of the ocean from the master, two other rooms and the roof top. Lots of stairs so if you have any restrictions physically I wouldn’t recommend it. The beach is at a public park so there’s a decent amount of people coming and going and it’s at the tip of the Island so there beach sand and water isn’t as nice as around the corner but you can easily go to those beaches in literally 5 min. The pool and rooftop hot tub was such bliss, basketball in the pool, mini golf, lounge chairs in the pool, shallow kiddy pool. speaker system you can run in the whole house. Alarms on the doors were a little annoying to deal with but we have small children and I understand it. Bikes and golf cart on the property where a huge plus even though we had an issue with the golf cart the company was responsive in trying to fix it. Again I’m a local so running around on a golf cart is a ton of fun!
