The home features elegant furnishings throughout. The comfortable living room is well equipped with a flat-screen TV, and couch seating for the whole family, opening up into the kitchen with bar seating. The kitchen has an open floor plan, and great for entertaining friends and family, and is appointed with top of the line stainless steel appliances. The dining space is also open and spacious, with seating for 4 guests at the table.

The first floor has access to a balcony with seating to enjoy the beautiful sunny weather. On the first floor, there is the first bedroom with a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom, and another bedroom with a Twin over Twin Bunk bed with Trundle and also with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a half-bath in the hallway on this level, a laundry room and porch. Heading up the stairs you will find the master bedroom. This gorgeous space holds a King sized bed, two large walk-in closets and an amazing private bathroom with a soaking tub enclosed in the shower and double vanity sinks.

The outdoor area features a private heated pool, and in the pool deck area you'll find a BBQ grill perfect for an outdoor cookout while your family enjoys the amazing Florida weather amidst the lush tropical landscaping. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. There will be an additional pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
