Great house! First time to AMI. This location is perfect in my opinion. Appreciate a King bed and en suite. Thank you for having us! Keyon communicates with us through out the stay. Truly so perfect!

This was one of my favorite beach trips. The house was perfect! It matched the pictures, is in an ideal location that is walking distance to the beach, and the space is perfect for groups. The property hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. Really looking forward to visiting this property again!

La casa excelente , muy cómodo el barbecue ambos tanto el de carbon como el el de gas los cuartos y la casa en general muy limpia preciosos espaciosos mi familia se sintió como en casa si tuviera que dar alguna recomendación diría aumentar la wifi en los televisores de arriba no llega muy bien y si trabajas como yo desde la pc va a ser muy bueno y el cuarto principal había mucho calor no funcionaba el aire pero hay un ventilador y abrimos la puerta espectacular dormimos 🥰 de vacaciones nada es un problema la verdad , la casa esta cerca de ambas playas un muelle precioso alquilamos un carrito de golf y no usamos nuestros carros lo recomiendo mucho. Esperamos poder volver el proximo año , no encontramos mas sabanas y colchas para taparnos por lo demás todo espectacular los anfitriones responden a cualquier pregunta la piscina genial en fin nos encanto a mi y a mi familia

We were on Anna Maria for our small wedding. Including us, we had 8 adults. The pool area was perfect for adults. The location on the property was centrally located on that part of the island. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Loved the location for walks to breakfast and the beach. House has wagon and chairs for the beach. Beautiful and well equipped kitchen. Pool and hot tub were great during the day and for drinks at night. Had issues with our stove top, they sent someone to fix quickly.

My husband and I took our children and grandchildren here for a little getaway. The house was very clean and stocked with all the necessary appliances and things we needed. The mother-in-law suite off of the main house was perfect for our kids and their children. The pool was wonderful having half of it undercover and the other half in the sun. It was walking distance to all the cute little stores, restaurants and beach. I cannot say enough this was a perfect decision for our family. We will definitely be going back there again and letting our friends know about it. You will not be disappointed...it is very spacious and roomy and you will love it just like we did.

We had a great time during our stay! The AMI team was extremely communicative and accommodating, and the home was perfect for our group of 6 (plus a dog). Everyone had ample room, and the kitchen was big enough to cook a Thanksgiving meal. The location is perfect, as it’s a short walk to the bay and the Gulf, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend!

Daiquiri Deck is fantastic. Location is great, short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were amazing, very cool to watch football games on TV while relaxing in the water. Check in and out were easy. Communication was great. Our family would definitely stay here again.

This is the cleanest home I have ever rented! The management team was wonderful. It was a streamlined process for a relaxing vacation. We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub and all of the outdoor space. It was very private and close to the beach! Overall an amazing experience! Thank you all!

Great house and location. We would rent again. The only criticism is lack of basics such as no salt and paper, only one small paper towel roll, like three dishwasher pods, and just a few garbage bags. It’s a big house, it’s not cheap, and we rented it for a week, and other homes in other locations we have rented were much, much better in this regard. Otherwise, a great experience.

Amazing house! Looked like it was out of Pinterest the decor was really cute. The pool is heated which we all really enjoyed. The house is very clean and modern. Small note.. the MIL suite is connected to the house via a walkway but the connecting sliding doors cannot be unlocked from the outside so someone will have to let you back in if you are to close the doors overnight or you can go back in through the front door

We booked this house for 10 of our family and friends to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The house, décor and location were absolutely perfect. The house shows just as the pictures do. Plenty of space or everyone with all of the basic amenities. We would absolutely stay here again! I do not have any complaints other than the ice maker not working. :)

Me, my husband, 17 year old son, and two small dogs stayed at Daiquiri Deck for two weeks at the end of Oct/beginning of Nov... We chose this home because we needed some extra room for my son’s remote learning and my husbands work-from-home (stupid Covid!☹️) We absolutely loved our stay! There was one small issue with the refrigerator/freezer upon our arrival but AMI was immediately responsive and rectified the issue within minutes of my call. I would email questions about things here and there to AMI and their response time was alway immediate! I cannot say enough about the home and the agency...we travel a lot and stay in VRBO homes often, this was by far the best experience we have ever had... Book it!

Beach house paradise, beds are super comfortable, house decorated and cleaned to perfection, best pool and outside areas condusive for families to converse, have fun, swim weather you like being in the sun or not they have half opened and half covered. Close to everything and super close to the beach. Excellent communication, first time in this area and it won't be our last. Highly recommend!!

Check in process was a breeze done remotely, house was beautiful and as described. Plenty of tvs throughout the house including one poolside. House had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay including a grill by the pool. Pool and hot tub were great amenities to have and was the spot to be. Great to house a family of 9 adults (4 couples and one additional adult). The pool and hot tub are incredible and the outside TV can easily be seen from the pool and tub. Many great areas for lounging and walking distance to the beach. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great spot, would stay here again. Seems fairly new or remodeled recently oct 2019. Rent a golf cart at the shop a couple blocks down and live the AMI dream. Walk or cart to the beach but cart or Uber to restaurants, definitely up on the island. Great pool and overall design and layout. A lot of fun!

We stayed at Daiquiri Deck on Anna Maria Island managed by AMI Locals and we just wanted to say a big "Thank You" to the owners and the management company.....everything was just perfect! The house was amazing, beautifully decorated with high-end appliances and immaculately clean and tidy. It is very spacious and has excellent living space, bedroom and bathrooms. The pool and jacuzzi area is cleverly designed to afford sunny and shady areas all day long, with plenty of comfortable seating, a pool table and BBQ. The beautiful beach was just a few minutes walk away and there were a good selection of portable chairs and even a pulley-trolley available for us to take everything down with us. We cannot recommend this property highly enough, and throughout the whole booking process (as well as during our stay) AMI Locals were very informative and great to deal with. Five Stars and 10 out of 10 for every category - we will definitely be coming back to Anna Maria Island and this property.....what a wonderful hidden-gem of a place!

The house was so great. The best thing for us was that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The pool made this house a place we want to return to every time we go to Anna Maria Island. The only improvement I can think of is that a bathroom be placed downstairs. That way, after swimming you can use that bathroom and not have to go through the house. Aside from that it was perfect!

We loved everything about the house, the pool was beautiful and big just enough room for everyone, the only negative part I would say the house is not equipped for small children, I had to rent all the children equipment from ABC rental which was not expensive but some homes provide it! Also the kitchen was not fully stacked with pots and pans there was only few! The knifes was dull ! But overall it was a wonderful house and we would most likely come back ! Please note that the walk to the beach is 7 minutes with kids and stroller!

the house was just amazing , the pool was perfect , plenty of space and lights. location was perfect , walking to almost every thing in the island , it has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation and to feel home at the same time. you can smell its a brand new house, very clean and amazing design . services by Traci were amazing, she was very responsive to text and emails and answered questions. the only thing that did not work was the wifi.

Six adults stayed here and its so spacious that everyone was able to have their own privacy if desired, or share the amazing pool area with hot tub, pool table, outdoor tv, and bar. It’s close to many shops, restaurants, and beaches. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay in this house. The pool area was fabulous...pool, hot tub, pool table, TV...very much enjoyed this area. House was great...we utilized every area, every room. I stayed in the inlaw space and loved it. Very quiet, had our own little fridge for drinks. We had no issues with the house...it is beautiful. Location was great...on the quiet part of the island. Less than half mile to the gulf side, and even less to the bay side. We walked to the beach and many nearby restaurants, shops and ice cream shops. We would stay in this house again if we ever come back to Anna Maria Island.

Beautiful new home, just a block from all the activity on Pine Ave. Gorgeous interior, all the amenities you will need are there. The house is very spacious, it was nice having a separate mother -in-law suite. It is a quick walk to the bay or beach. Make it easy and rent a golf cart for your visit. The house has a fabulous pool, so good, that we rarely went to the beach and hung out poolside!! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Hope to visit again next summer!!

The owners allowed us to stay to try out the home before introducing their home for vacationers. We absolutely loved it. The southern exposure on the pool was perfect. Location was only a block to the beach and bay and also the shops on pine avenue. The home is meticulous and decorating to perfection. The beds were so comfy with lots of pillows. The kitchen was stocked like a world classs chefs personal home. We were so fortunate to try this home!! Everyone should consider. The owners were so nice throughout our stay and were so helpful!!!
