Coral Escape

This house was perfect for us! Beautiful decor, clean and we loved the pool/hot tub area! Very short walk to the beach. House was equipped with wagons, beach tents, beach chairs, and plenty of beach towels. It made our daily trips to the beach easy. Management was excellent all the way around: great communication and they really went above and beyond to return an item I left in the house. I would highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay, and close to the beach. There are two refrigerators which was nice. Beach chairs and wagons were there, no umbrellas or beach toys so we bought them. We left the toys for the next guests. The only thing we didn’t like was not having a bathroom close to the pool area. We had 10 and we weren’t crowded at all. Asked for more dish towels and they were delivered the same day. Nice response time from the management team!

Property perfect for our three families. Location was perfect too, quick easy walk to the beach for evening sunsets, and also quick walk to many stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily! We had the best time and would definitely book again.

The house is a very short walk to the beach. It’s about 6 houses away from beach access point. The house is also a short walk to a few restaurants nearby. Property management was excellent and would call in just to make sure everything is ok or if we need anything. The family really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend.

5 king rooms and a bunk room was perfect for our multi generational family group. When the ocean was rough, the pool was great! The shaded pool area was a bonus. AMI Locals responded to our service requests promptly ( not enough forks and a ratty grill)

Coral Escapes was a great place for me and my family to stay for the week! The pool was definitely a highlight of the house! We loved enjoying drinks under the tiki hut and getting in the hot tub! The king beds were great and all the bathrooms were very nice! And it’s not even a 5 minute walk to the beach! They also provided all the beach stuff you would need in the garage! Definitely recommend this place!

First let me say that AMI locals are pros. Responded quickly and available to text or call. House was great for us. Pictures are accurate. House is a short walk off the beach - an easy 2-3 minute walk. Pool and spa were great for our kids (1-6years), us, and the grandparents. Fairly shaded so good to keep the kids out of the sun. House is in good condition for a rental and had everything you would expect. Large kitchen, good dining table. Spacious living room. Plenty of beach stuff in the garage. Nice shower outdoors for after the beach.

Everything was absolutely amazing!! Having said, the house we stayed at could use a few updates in the near future. The location was great. Only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The location approx in the middle of the island, Pine Ave and Bridge St was perfect. All in all, I wish we didn't have to go home!!

Overall a great family home for vacation. Everything we needed was there. We had not been to Anna Marie Island before but very familiar with Gulf Coast locations for years. Decided to try this area for first time and no disappointments. We had 4 different families and everyone fit - with plenty of room to manuver and not step on each other. distance to beach was great. We stocked house with nearly everything. Even items they said they DID NOT have were there - coolers, umbrellas, floats. Would recommend this house.

This is a fantastic home on beautiful Anna Maria Island - very convenient if you needed to run to the store, and super close to the beach. It's a beautiful, and very comfortable. We had family come in from different parts of the country, 11 adults - and the house was perfect for our needs. Bedrooms were great, plenty of baths, impressive pool and hot tub area w/ooutdoor bar/bbq, and pool table, was lots of fun. The beach, the beach...very close and breathtaking beach. Would definitely consider coming back as it is that good!!!

We traveled with 7 kids and 4 adults and the house was perfect for our group! The kids spent endless hours in the pool. The bigger kids enjoyed the outside pool table. The house is a short walk to the beach and the kids enjoyed riding waves on boogie boards. We cooked every meal at the house and the kitchen had all the pots & pans we needed. This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and we will be back!

Our family of twelve (9 adults and three children) had a remarkable beach vacation in this house just 5 minutes from the private beach. We saw dolphins and a manatee and amazing sunsets. The house was beach-themed and updated. Pool area was awesome for our kids with a graduated entry into the pool especially for our 2 year-old and 5 year-old. Water temperature in the Gulf was perfect and water very clear and calm. We would return again to same house, same beach. We have never been to Anna Maria Island but very family-friendly and convenient. We loved everything about our family vacation this year!

We could not have asked for a better home for our AMI vacation. This being our third trip to AMI, we already had high expectations and this house exceeded them. The location six houses down from the beach was perfect and the pool and hot tub are where we spent the bulk of the day. All of our plans of kayaking and biking were for naught as we just could not leave the house.

The house was beautiful, backyard was lovely and so nice for a family vacation-I'd recommend this home to other large families! It's VERY CLOSE (a few houses down) to a great beach, and the trolley to get around the Island was also very close. It was my first time dealing with a management company instead of an individual - the management team was lovely, and immediately responsive to any questions. The air conditioning will only go down to 72 degrees, which is something they let you know beforehand in their agreement (but I think its worth mentioning, as it was the one complaint my family had). We are more comfortable at 68 degrees when sleeping, but there are lovely fans in most of the bedrooms to help keep airflow going. And they do explain the cooling system and why 72 is a better number. :) Pool was great, and directions for working the pool and jacuzzi were very clear. Outdoor shower was a plus, and it was nice to have all beach supplies (chairs, cart, etc) readily available! Anna Maria Island in early November was quiet, but the trolley and monkey bus were able to get us to fun and delicious restaurants, including the Ugly Grouper (great with kids). Overall it was a wonderful experience!

We had 10 ppl sleep there and 17 ppl for my fathers 80th bday and everything was lovely! The backyard is such a great use of space. Perfect space to gather a large group of people to enjoy a swimming pool, hot tub, pool table and we even did cornhole. Highly recommend!!

Would recommend this property and stay here again! Check in is easy with keypad instruction, which was great with unexpected trip delays. The house location is perfect and only a short stroll to the beach. Beach towels and some beach items were included (Pool noodles, 2 fair condition umbrellas and cart that is on it’s last leg, but still got the job done). The pool/patio area made for a great spot to relax after a full day at the beach with outdoor TV, grill, and fridge. We’re a family that enjoys to cook together, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. Beds were comfortable as well. The house was perfectly tidy on arrival. And a Publix for grocery shopping is just a quick 5 minute drive. Just an absolute joyful trip! We didn’t want for anything and all needs were met beyond expectation!

The pool was beautiful and the home was perfect! The location is a short walk to the beach and many dining areas. Also only a 4 minute drive to the Publix grocery store (where we seemed to go every day). We appreciated having the beach chairs, swim toys and umbrellas! Very well stocked in that department! It would be nice to have the place stocked with laundry soap, more dish soap and dishwasher detergent, paper towels and extra toilet paper though. All in all a perfect vacation!

Stayed in house for spring break with my family of 6 and another family of 5. Was perfect for all 11 of us! Kids played in pool, Adults hung out on patio by pool. Private backyard is fenced in all the way around. Beach is only 6 houses down and there is an access path right to it. Our time was spent 50/50 between beach and pool. Nice quiet neighborhood that felt very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

This spacious, wonderfully appointed home was perfect for our annual family vacation. There were ample bedrooms for everyone to have their own space and large, comfortable common areas when we wanted to be together. We put the amenities to the test, grilling one evening and playing pool and lounging around the swim-up bar the next. The pool area is amazing, with lush landscaping and ample seating for large gatherings. We loved the huge kitchen and were able to cook for our whole family with no problem; plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. Tons of both beach towels and bath towels are provided. The beach is beautiful and literally six houses down. Can't wait to stay in this home again!

A block and a half from the beach and a balcony off of every room. The place seemed fairly new and was spotless when we arrived. The arrival and departure process was the best we've ever encountered. We had an issue with spa heat (not too important in the summer) after a brief power outage but the management company was unbelievably quick and responsive. The brochure says "sleeps 10" and no joke. There was enough room, even at the dining room table, for a group that size and baths and showers for all. Outside pool table, wet bar, grill and immaculate garage all were plusses.

Exactly as advertised, which is wonderfully refreshing when compared to some hotels and condos I’ve stayed in. Great location, we could walk to the beach, a good number of restaurants/bars, and we were very close to a trolley stop (free btw). We had one glitch with the hot tub which was fixed within hours of our calling the manager. Everything was wonderful and the entire family (12) made a point to say so. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

We had a party of 10 staying for a week at Ashley’s home and it was perfect. We had plenty of space, all the kitchen amenities we needed, comfy furniture and beds, plus plenty of towels. The home was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Ashley was always accommodating to our needs, a few minor repairs were needed and she sent maintenance right out, even though it wasn’t urgent. The location made for a perfect stay too. A quick walk to the beach or stores and restaurants, or hop on the free trolley to go further. You won’t need a car when you visit! We used AMI Transportation to/from airport, our driver Curtis was awesome, recommended! Using Lyft to go off island was about $15. I can’t recommend this property enough! If you book with Ashley you won’t be disappointed. We all loved our stay and had the best time!

This house has plenty of room for 10 adults and 2 kids. It is decorated beautifully and everything was very clean. The kitchen was well organized and was great for cooking. Only a short walk to the beach, trolley stop, coffee, and some shops. The pool had a good combination of sun and shade (maybe a little too much shade). I can not say enough good things about this property. We booked this trip last minute and traveled with my wife, my parents and our two kids (3 and 1). This property was an absolute dream. Not only is everything beautiful but the space was great. It is completely set up with everything that you need for the week. We hung out at the pool every day (which was warmed wonderfully), grilled by the pool, and enjoyed the patio furniture lounging around. The beach is an extremely short walk and was one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever experienced - clean and practically had the beach to ourselves. The dolphins came to visit us daily. Ashley was wonderful to work with and I recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful Florida vacation.

Celebrating a family trip with 10 adults and 1 toddler, we were impressed from arrival. Must be one of the most beautiful homes on the island, and Adam was so incredible to work with! From the welcome package designed with my family in mind to celebrate my parents birthdays and NYE to the hot chocolate that was brought during an unseasonably cold Florida morning, Adam was prompt with answering questions and always checking in to make our stay was perfect. Excellent suggestions noted in a binder including what to do on and off the island that enhanced our stay. A visit to the aquarium is a must and the biking preserves were so enjoyable. Beach Bums for a great bike rental! The HOT tub was utilized everyday and was ideal for the week of chilly weather that followed us from Ohio. Definitely a 5 star home and location and 5 star customer service. We recommend for a fantastic vacation!
